Their service is top notch: speedy shipping, enclosed personal notes, and extremely protective packaging (the best I've seen from any online company!). I've ordered from them a few times, and will continue to do so. I'm so glad I discovered IFB!

Everything arrived perfectly. I love the way you wrapped them so the trip down to the SW USA was without incident. While yes, I had to pay tarrifs, it was so worth it! I will definitely be supporting this small business in Canada again and I hope everyone will take a chance on small businesses because while you can get this elsewhere, the bigger stores do not package the way they did because they just write off the damaged items. I got my two deliveries, two business days from ordering. They were packed very well and arrived safely. I didn’t have to worry about extra fees from
tariffs or waiting forever for cross border shipping. Nor do I have to wonder what exchange rate is going to appear on my crest card, all the prices are in CDN$$. These were my second and third plans I would highly recommend Ifeelbeautiful.ca for all your indie palettes purchases. It was great!
