I ordered 14 items they shipped 1…

I ordered 14 items each of which showed it was available. They shipped 1, billed my for 1 and charged me shipping, which was due to be free if the had sent me more than 1 item.
If you can’t ship everything you should be entitled to choose if I still want an incomplete order.
Nope they just took the money off my credit card.
Whatever you do don’t buy from RS Components.

Well sucky..

Well sucky... Next day delivery, great am desperate for a part, house in darkness.. Simple job.. Ordered. Next day (Friday) nothing. Courier tracking, there has been a delay and we will deliver next "working" day. Seriously? All weekend and then Monday? I ordered it on Amazon and wish I had not bothered with RS. It just isn't worth it.

Brilliant customer care service and…

Brilliant customer care service and absolutely fantastic on delivery times. Made an order on the afternoon of 25th March and received it on the morning of the 26th March. Couldn't ask or expect anything better

This should have been easier...

My order was originally shipped and then returned by UPS. After three weeks from placing the order, I reached out because the tracking showed no progress and it appeared to be stuck in transit.

I first contacted customer service via chat and spoke with Carolina. Although I provided the order number and tracking details to help expedite the process, I was informed that she was unable to assist further due to internal procedures and that I would need to call in instead. I had already attempted to call and experienced long hold times, which is why I used the chat option as directed by the phone system. The interaction felt inefficient, and I did not receive clear next steps during that conversation.

I was later assisted by Mark, who offered complimentary overnight shipping for the replacement, which I do appreciate. However, the tone of the interaction made it feel as though the accommodation was discretionary rather than part of resolving an issue that was not caused by me.

At this point, I am still waiting on an item that should have arrived three weeks ago. I am simply looking for a smooth and timely resolution.

The replays of John di Martini and Tony Robbin’s were good because it’s hard to get all the notes first time around. They’re great! Brian is amazing but should be selling his own speed hearing program Fun and Knowledge

Horrible logistics, didn’t receive my items, unhelpful support

Ordered from Elfa Distralec (which had already merged with RS during the time of my order so I will put a review here too)

This is, without exaggeration, the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

They did not include my contact information on the package, so I was unable to receive the delivery.

After hours of arguing with DHL, I finally managed to get the package — only to discover that around 80% of my order was missing.

Customer support takes no responsibility and claims that I should have added my contact details as “additional delivery information,” despite this normally being included automatically.

I still have not received any response regarding what will happen with the rest of my order.

Buy elsewhere...

I created an account and placed an order, it gave me shipping dates and I received email confirmation.

When it didn't arrive, I noticed it wasn't showing in my account so rang customer services (who sounded like they had zero interest by their tone) who told me that they didn't sell the item anymore and that the order had been cancelled but I wasn't informed and now I also have to go chase the €600 I paid them for it, a shambles of a company.

Great service, fast shipping. Small hick-ups solved in a great way

I was a bit cautious after reading some negative reviews. When I tried to order, something in the form (delivery address vs invoicing address) did not work. I called customer service. No waiting lines. Someone who wanted to help, had to figure something out and promised to call me back. Which he did within 5 mins. From there there was a small issue with the invoice. Called again. Again a customer service employee within 2 minutes. She waived the shipping costs since things did take a bit of work. Received my order nxt day. Well what can I say: Real, helpful people who can make decisions, no chat bot, super fast service. That's 5 stars in my book.

Never again RS Components

Geben an, dass die Ware lagernd ist und innerhalb von wenigen Tagen eintreffen sollte. Ware nach 5 Tagen immer noch nicht erhalten, Kundendienst hat keine Ahnung, schreibt immer nur, dass sie bald eintreffen sollte. Einmal und nie wieder. Das nächste Mal wieder Mouser, die schaffen es innerhalb von 3 Tagen aus USA zu liefern.

Won't take private orders, despite allowing their site to take private orders

I created an account and placed an order as a private person; it gave me shipping dates. I received email confirmation.

When it didn't arrive, I noticed it wasn't showing in my account so I emailed customer services who told me that they can't/won't deal with private customers and that the order had been silently cancelled.

Baffling.

I am glad to see the back of this company and will never buy again.t time I will ever use them

The last time I will ever use them. No end of issues, starting with misleading delivery times.
Quoted on their site as 5 working days, in stock, actually means 3 months, which they reveal to you after multiple calls over a month.
Issues with their payment system, meaning every time a line item is ready to ship, I have to call them to re-process the order.
Over-charging "Service charges" on orders, which I then have to call multiple times to get a credit.
Customer service is next to zero. After countless calls and online chats, there is no action and no response. Also, no acknowledgement or apology from them when they make mistakes that waste your day correcting.
I am glad to see the back of this company and will never buy again.

Dire company

Dire company. No online order tracking and Customer services never answer the calls. You're on hold for around 10 minutes then the system just cuts you off.

I have a certain complaint about RS GROUP SPAIN and a CLAIM for reimbursement of additional costs incurred due to errors made by RS GROUP SPAIN.
Tengo una reclamación contra RS GROUP ESPAÑA y una SOLICITUD de reembolso por los gastos adicionales ocasionados por un error de RS GROUP ESPAÑA.

Estoy indignado y desperado. Es una descaro.

Me siento engañado por RS Group España.
Se prometen por escrito plazos de entrega falsos, no se cumplen los acuerdos escritos y telefónicos y no se entregan las mercancías a pesar de la promesa.
