Absolutely cowboys and completely dishonest! After a shocking kitchen refit, which was left a total mess and frankly dangerous , they promised a partial refund. However this never materialised and then they stopped replying to any emails or phone calls. Cost us an extra £800 to pay someone else to put right their shoddy work (some can never be put right and we have to live with it!). Took them to small claims court who issued a CCJ and guess what they ignored that as well. Got a court warrant issued but still couldn’t get a penny out of them as their business address is actually their house so bailiff's wouldn’t take anything from them, so another £160 down the drain. They clearly ignore all communication including the CCJs as they know they will get away with it, as our uk law regarding this is a waste of time! I now know they have several of these CCJs against them, but they just don’t care. Any good reviews are written by themselves and family. Please do yourself a favour and avoid these two cowboys like the plaque!

Idyllic Property Services Ltd (now called Idyllic Group Ltd) were contratced to build a 4x2m porch extension. Plans, planning and building regs were already in place. Everything started well with the groundworks but as soon as a bricklayer contractor was employed for the build phase, the work completed was shoddy and had to be demolished. We had a friend complete the brick laying by which time we never saw Chibuke again. We got the original builder that did the ground works to complete the roof and orgainsed all materials and other contractors to complete first & second fix. We had a complaints meeting with Chibuke and Sashana where we came to a resolution about return of funds and compensation but they never paid and changed their company name. We took them to small claims and got a CCJ but they never paid this either. I note that they now have additional and larger CCJ's against them. SO WATCH OUT. If they pay their contractors (and many don't get paid) then they don't supervise the quality of the work done, which they should as some of their contractors are rubbish.

Right up there with one of the worst, most unreliable, untrustworthy builders I have ever had the misfortune of contacting.

I hired this bunch of charlatans for a simple bathroom refurb. Three months later, and after multiple unreturned calls, I’m left with half a bathroom and a £4,000 deficit in my bank account.

Their workmanship is shoddy in the extreme. They let you down, lie, and leave you with an unfinished job.

I’m really disappointed. I hired through Bark and at first it seemed ok, cleaning job was fine but went from bad to worse when it came to reliability. Did not always stick to committed days on jobs and to the point where they didn’t show up to a job and I had to run from work to clean myself and buy linen. Communication became really poor and they constantly ignored emails and texts. They didn’t return all my laundry so I’ve lost a set of sheets, towels and mats as I’ve given up trying to contact them. Really disappointing service. I’ve resorted to reviewing here after giving multiple chances to sort out

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. THEY DO NOT PAY INVOICES, THEY OWE ME ALOT OF MONEY. THEY IGNORE PHONE CALLS/TEXTS/EMAILS. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A COMPANY. CHIBUIKE AND SASHANNA ARE A COUPLE THAT TRY TO 'RUN' A BUSINESS. BOTH ARE AS BAD AS EACHOTHER.
THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FROM THEMSELVES AND FAMILY MEMBERS SO DONT BE FOOLED.

Still having problems getting my money back after more than 6 months. Lots of promises, occasional small payments, lots of ghosting. Really bad service - electrics were dangerous, plastering just threw splodges of plaster on the wall, knocked doorways out without cutting the edges, painted over brand new socket fronts, put in a cheap consumer unit which was about to become obsolete, over-priced quotes for carpets and blinds (I got them hundreds of pounds cheaper and he was purchasing trade), left my keys under the wheelie bin in the front garden. The list of issues is endless and most of the time no-one was there. If I could give a zero I would. Don't get conned tbe way I was.

Stay well clear of this company absolutely lowest of the lowest steer clear

Such a shame, they have let themselves down….
The first visit didn’t start too well, they cleaned a neighbours house for two hours before I called to see where they were!
I was impressed with Bee and Anna when they eventually got here, they did a good clean of our house. So much so I rebooked for today.
They have not shown up!!!
Tried calling and no answer!
Given 2 stars as the clean was good, otherwise it would be 1!!!!

The service was top notch and highly professional. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to people. Keep up the good work👍

I have booked a bathroom refurb job with a 4-5 days lead time. Three different builder has been sent over 36 days now on the job, and failed to complete my bathroom refurbishment.
Their solution was to letting us know they have ceased the job, leaving all leftover building materials and rubbish behind. I still don't have a shower cabin completed, and due to a faulty pipe instalment they somehow managed to make my kitchen ceiling collapse... Two of the 3 builder have left because they failed to pay them on time, the third been told to not come, as we complained about the lack of waterproof tanking. Be aware to book them for any job.

Really professional approach with excellent personable and trustworthy team. I have been using idyllic property for months and the service has always been second to none. Throughly recommend

Excellent oven cleaning service. Oven cleaned to ‘as new’ condition. No mess, so odours. Team Covid secure with face masks. Very hard working and efficient. Happy to give a 5 star review. Pricing competitive and fair.

Great clean top to bottom after building works. Carpets cleaned as well and a great price. Small hidcup at the end but sorted out quickly and 10% given straight away.

Great service! Professional and good customer relation. All safety precautions taken, my roof and roof gutters look brand new, would highly recommend.
