Really great comfortable pillow, now buying duvet from idustmite

Haven’t recieved my purchases yet! 😠

As I have coughed every night after using it feels reduced. But can’t tell early because this time flu make me worst.

We still haven’t received the order and despite contacting you twice about this you have not provided an update and expected delivery date. I’m sure the product will be great once we have it, but can’t really comment on that at the moment.

The Anti-Allergy Dust Mite Protector Set has been a game changer for me. Since using them, my allergies have improved so much. I’m sleeping better, waking up less congested, and just feeling healthier overall.

It’s such a simple change but it’s made a huge difference to my day-to-day life. I only wish I’d bought them sooner! Highly recommend to anyone who struggles with dust mite allergies.

An absolute game changer! The mattress and pillow covers have really helped mine and my son’s reactions after a nights sleep! I do feel my eczema is much more tamed. Extremely helpful customer service. Richard went above and beyond to make sure ordered what was best for my situation. I’m writing this review having had and trialed the items for around 3 months!

Absolutely amazing, the products are beautiful and will definitely write a follow up on how it’s helped with my dust allergies but more than anything the customer service is brilliant. Extremely helpful customer service. Richard went above and beyond to make sure I had my purchases delivered when they were needed for.
The actual bedding set is lovely, great quality, so comfy. I have only used it for just under a week and already am itching my eczema less and my nose is less blocked.
I would highly suggest

The spray arrives very quickly but without any instructions as to how to mix up the eucalyptus oil to create the spray solution. You have to look half way down the product page on their web site to discover it’s 3ml of oil to a full spray bottle of water. But, this is a very expensive way to make your own very simple eucalyptus spray out of essential oil and water. Also, most other providers will tell you that oil and water simple does not mix with out an emulsifier like soap. So the product info is poor and this is just a rebranded form of what other suppliers market as a make at home spider or insect repellant. Gimmicky.

The best customer service I've ever had, called to say they didn't have something in stock and provided a free upgrade, whilst also giving me lots of dust mite allergy advice over the phone. Left me with a really positive feeling about the company. Would definitely recommend.

Half my order was missing i emailed the company they got back to me straight away and after I sent it back they swiftly refunded my money

It was so easy to choose and pay for my mattress enclosure. It came with explanations about what to do before putting it on the mattress. Delivery was very quick. Just 2 days to wait. No more sinus discharge or itching eyes.
