They always have what I need and very reasonable prices.

I.D. Technologies got my order out quickly and were communicative about all details.

I gave them 4 stars because the shipping and handling was not included in the original costs associated to this transaction.

I ordered several items a month before they were needed for use in a crime scene school I was instructing. I did not hear from ID Technologies regarding the projected shipping / delays. The week of the school I received an invoice and shipping notice. The items will not arrive in time to be used for the I -service training I was providing to young officers. I get with the pandemic that the delays should be expected. A month delay does seem somewhat excessive. Even then, some word from ID Technologies about the shipping times would have allowed me to make other arrangements for the training.

My products were just as described and they shipped very quickly, customer service was outstanding too, my only complaint is their web site and not giving shipping prices, you don't know they Do Not give shipping prices until you input all your billing/shipping info (minus your credit card) then you either finish by paying and hope they don't charge $50.00-$500.00 or you leave their site and they have all your info anyway, you don't know the cost until they email you after you've ordered, it's insanity.
I wasn't charged a lot for shipping when they emailed me (after I had to order) but that's not the point, it's a terrible way to do business and an easy fix on their end.

Although I ended up canceling the order, it was done because the projected time line was to long. The company e-mailed me about the delay and asked me if I wanted to continue with the order. I appreciate their openness and honesty about the situation. I suspect few companies would/are this honest.

Easy Process fast ordering and fast shipment.

The ink strips are just what I needed to safely take thumbprints in my notary journal. The price is very reasonable and the towelettes are perfect for cleaning afterwards. Thank you!

I placed an order and had to call in to find the status, bc it never appeared in my account. I was told that everything was on backorder. I called the next week to see it the items had come in and told that they had not yet (still no update in my online account). Called again to make sure they had my order and it would be sent asap) Over 2 weeks and I am still waiting on my order......I should not have to followup on my items

I placed an order then decided I needed to expedite the shipping from standard. I called. They changed it and I received my order the next day. (From California to Florida) A Great experience!
