If I could I would give 0 stars. Ordered twice, one halter in January, two in March, during their sales. Because they sounded great and I have a big ole draft so them being size inclusive I was happy. Willing to wait, as I did see they were delayed. Now it's July, my March order was just canceled after I received an "Please just wait a little bit longer, we are working on it!" like 4 weeks ago. The canceled order has not been refunded to my PayPal, no explanation to why they canceled the order or why I am waiting for 6 months now.

Never order there, they take your money and never send anything. Then tell you to wait politely for months !!

Bought a halter in November and after 8 months it still hasn't arrived. I've sent numerous emails only for them to keep changing the reason why it's not on its way which doesn't make sense. I will never buy from them again and advise others don't, a few others at the ranch I ride at have and they had major issues too so it's not a one off situation. Wish it wasn't the case

I wish there were 0 or negative stars as this is an awful company. I ordered a Sky blue halter with a name plate for a Christmas present for my daughter on December 16, 2024. Multiple emails sent with multiple excuses as to why I haven’t received my order or no response for some of my emails. I requested a refund and no reply no refund received. They are still advertising on Facebook and collecting peoples money but not sending out orders. I contacted our local OPP station and they said nothing can be done as it can’t be proven that any criminal intent is involved. Highly recommend not ordering from this company!

I would leave a minus star rating if at all possible. This company is a 100% scam - they take your money and for about 9 months give excuses for non delivery then just stop communicating you never get your product - the way the US is going do

Awful company. Didn’t deliver after waiting months, ignored my emails so I went through my bank to cancel. They have admitted they read emails but don’t waste any time bothering to reply. They are still accepting orders even though they can’t fulfill them. 4-8 weeks is nonsense, loads of people ordered well before Christmas with no delivery. Avoid like the plague!! They promised me to send the item next week after actually replied to my first email, but nothing months later. I have all emails that prove how awful they are! Run away from them as fast as you can!!

Been asking for a refund for three months as i have been waiting 6 months for my halters. They gladely took my money and just don’t answer me.

Wish I could give a zero! I ordered 4 halters back in early November. I received one. Many, many emails and messages later, i still have not received the others. Most of the time, no answering communication is received. If i do receive an answer, it's a mass email crying about how busy they are and that they will ship all orders by the end of whatever month it happens to be.
In short, don't fall for it. Don't order from them.

Wish I could give zero stars! Ordered nearly 8 months ago with no signs of order. They keep putting updates on Facebook saying orders will be shipped within 2 weeks over and over and over again but the orders never come.

-1 star ! I ordered the start of December , half a year later it’s yet to arrive ! No one replies to my emails and the only “ update” I’ve had , is from checking Facebook pages ! They don’t allow refunds due to delays and they don’t allow for you to cancel your order. Absolute joke , I wish I’d searched them up before purchasing!

Niet bestellen hier als je een leuke halster binnen aanvaardbare tijd wil ontvangen, besteld rond kerst vorig jaar Zonder personalisering en nog steeds niets ontvangen, schandalig dat ze ook nog eens niet antwoorden en als je je geld terug wilt ze zeggen dat ze dat niet doen en je dan korting geven op een nieuwe aankoop, alsof je na je slechte ervaring nog eens moet laten vangen en nog eens het bedrijf moet spijzen met winst. Weerzinwekkend. Ik hoop dat jullie failliet gaan al is het maar door de Ultraslechte klantenservice

Negative Stars - Despicable company. 10 months past order and nothing received, no refund, updates that promise the goods and delivery nothing. They should be shut down!! NEVER order from this company.

If I can give negative star I would. Ordered in January and now it's June and still have not received anything. Ask for refund at this point no answer!! I got a respond in Feb and then in April and now silence!!!!

Ordered two halters in November, one eventually arrived in January, the second has yet to be received more than six months later.
iDoggos reliably informed me that the second halter was due to be sent out by the 16th of May, it’s now the 13th of June and no further updates have been received.

It's a shame this company is so greedy that they keep having these "sales" and then they become so behind you never get your order. I ordered 2 halters back in Dec 2024, and after a few months I received only 1. It's June 2025 now and I am still waiting on the second one. After several emails they keep saying to be patient and it's coming, but come on....this is ridiculous!

I ordered from this company December 22 2024. It is now June 2025 and the order has not arrived. I have emailed the company almost 10 times asking for updates and am told my order will ship next each time and that refunds and cancellation is not offered.they often update their Facebook page saying “all orders are currently being processed and will ship next week”. They also have made social media posts with stories about shipping delays, worker strikes, and how they are a small company just trying to get through a large amount of orders and are sorry for delays. They offer a discount on your next order as a way to apologize for the delay however only if your order was full priced not discounted. To me it seems they offered a product at a price too low to sustain and can’t afford to refund.

I'm not sure what's happened to this company but it's a shame. Placed an order in 2024 and while it took 6 weeks to arrive, the seller kept me updated and the product is amazing. Placed an order in March of this year as a gift for a friend but has still not arrived and zero communication from the seller despite numerous emails.

Ordered in January, still no head collar and we are in June. I have attempted communication with them on numerous occasions to consistently be palmed off. I have asked for my order to be sent, I have asked for a refund and no reply. At this point it is theft. Total con. DO NOT ORDER. I am so enraged with their customer service I have deliberately created a trust pilot account to warn others
