Katy was fabulous. She really understood our needs and was able to zero in on the properties that worked for us. Katy was very responsive and really went the extra mile (or kilometers 😉) for us. We highly recommend Katy and Idilliq if you are looking for a property in Costa del Sol.

Katy was absolutely fabulous. She showed us a number of properties to allow us understand the options available. When we made a choice she was so supportive and assisted us in every aspect. A fantastic person to meet and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend Katy to anyone looking at properties here in Costa Del Sol. She had information and advice on everything. A great experience. Thank you Katy. You were brilliant.

Our initial interaction with Idiliq seemed promising. Katy M.'s guidance during the property viewing was helpful and we were eager to proceed with the purchase of an off-plan villa in Mirjas. However, the post-purchase experience was significantly less satisfactory and left us rather disappointing.

Communication with Idiliq's After Sales team was consistently frustrating. Despite raising valid concerns, we received generic, unsatisfactory responses that did not address our issues. The one-sided purchase contract also raised significant red flags, leading us to question the developer's commitment to fair business practices which they totally disregarded and in response " that 28 people already signed" deemed a somewhat hostile response to our concern.

Our request for a deposit refund was initially denied, which we found to be a surprising and disappointing response. After further negotiation, we were eventually informed that due to a 13% price increase of this development, we were eligible for a refund. However, the manner in which this information was conveyed was unprofessional and condescending, leaving us totally feeling undervalued as customers.

One particularly distressing incident involved a phone call with Adrienne from the After Sales team. Within minutes of posting our experience on Trustpilot , Adrienne called me, raising her voice, speaking over me and accusing me of being dishonest. Her aggressive behavior was completely unprofessional and left me feeling reeling and upset. This is not a way on how to resolve issues and interact with clients.

It's worth noting that despite our negative experience, we never received a follow-up call /E-mail from either Katie or anybody from the Sales Team to address our concerns or discuss the issues we faced. This lack of communication further reinforces our belief that customer satisfaction is not a priority for the developer.

The entire experience has left a sour taste in our mouths. Idiliq's lack of customer focus and disregard for our concerns are deeply disappointing. We hope that this review will encourage the developer to reassess its approach and prioritize customer satisfaction in future endeavors as this is not a way on interacting with clients who want to invest a large sum of their hard earned cash.

The broker Chia was very nice and we had a lovely day. I was very impressed with the very first apartment I bought. She understood what I wanted and showed me what was in my interests.

Katy Mazen provided an excellent service when we were looking to purchase a property on the Costa del Sol. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable and proactive, working closely with us over several days until we found the perfect property.

Katy is so invested in getting the property for you nailed. She worked so hard narrowing the right location and budget that worked for my family down. We even bought after a FaceTime viewing and trusted her judgement.
We got a lovely congratulation message on completion and aftercare has been great too.

From the moment I met Katy Mazen from Idiliq Estates, I felt I was in professional capable hands.
She arrived well-prepared for our meeting with loads of properties to explore. Her friendly, enthusiastic nature meant house hunting was an enjoyable process. She actively listened to my needs, and the viewings felt tailor-made. She gave lots of helpful insider information about the localities looked at with helpful pin drops when we got there so that I could remember their locations.
I never felt rushed, and she encouraged me to take my time to find the right property. She went above and beyond anything that I could have hoped for. She found me our dream apartment. It transpired it was not without its problems, and it took some 9 months to complete.
Throughout that intervening time, she kept me informed of any progress, answered my queries promptly and professionally, and listened to my frustrations. With her in my corner and her gritty determination, she got us to a position where we could complete. Without her unwavering support, I would have given up. She is a great communicator, she is very professional, and I was made to feel I was in trusted hands. It was our first experience of buying abroad, and she was patient, encouraging and informative. It has been a pleasure to work with her and all at Idiliq Estates, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We spent 2 full days viewing properties with Katy from Idiliq. She understood our requirements and nothing was too much trouble. We have ended up making an offer on one of the properties we viewed. Katy arranged second viewings and also accompanied us to the lawyers to sort out our limited power of attorney. All in all the process so far has been easy and efficient - and we feel we got great service from Idiliq. I should also add that Katy’s colleague, Sue was also very helpful.

Joanne has been fantastic from start to finish. I really valued how she was “on my side”. She considered what was best for me and put my needs first. She was knowledgable and friendly and I highly recommend

Just wanted to share the excellent service I’ve had from Chris Antoszkiewicz during my recent property search in the Mijas area. Chris has been proactive and enthusiastic, keen to understand our needs and coming up with some excellent properties for us to view. I recommend him wholeheartedly to any prospective property purchaser in the Costa Del Sol area.

Flew over to Malaga and stayed at IDILIQ resorts whilst looking at properties. All staff were amazing, friendly & very accomodating! Michelle & Suze being the first two ladies we met were absolutely fantastic and super friendly. Very helpful also! Courtney was the Agent signed to us to look for a suitable property, and she was fantastic! Picked myself and my husband up on time and took us around the Island, so as we could view all of the lovely properties she had chosen for us within our budget and preference. We were both comfortable immediately with Courtney, very chatty, she gave us a lot of useful information about the areas/surrounding areas that we were viewing. Very enjoyable experience, Courtney is so down to earth and lovely making the experience as enjoyable as it was! See you soon guys! Fantastic services!

We were first time property buyers in Spain and originally met Katy Mazen from Idiliq estates at the Place in the Sun exhibition in June 2023. Katy knew the area we were looking at (Costa Del Sol) and was able to give us insight and advice into the pros and cons of buying a property in Spain. After providing our brief and budget we met in Spain one month later and she showed us ten properties that fell within that brief. Just 4 months later we have now completed on our property and along the way Katy always kept us informed, gave us the right advice and was always on hand to take us to various properties during (what ended up as) several trips to Spain. Buying a property can be a stressful experience but on this occasion it genuinely wasn’t and we are delighted with the help and support we received from Katy.

Nikki our estate agent helped me find my dream home. She picked me up for the viewings, was so nice, funny, very informative, professional and took me to see lovely properties that actually matched what I was looking for. She found me the perfect property on day 2, how amazing is that. She listens to what the client wants and delivers. I cannot praise Nikki enough. They gave a selection of different types of property to view in line with our specifications in various locations. Nikki gave excellent advice and we trusted her thoughts and ideas.
