Brilliant service and great experience

Lacking Transparency!
Having read the reviews I'm surprised that i'm writing this.
I signed up for a 1 year contract for gas supply using this 3rd party. I normally take care of my own contracts. The rate offered was decent at the time and given the volatility of the markets I accepted a 1 year contract. I signed the 1 year contract and on I went quite happy. Sadly however the transparency in the contract was extremely poor. What I was actually signed up to was a 3 year smart tracker (no mention of 3 years in my copy of the contract) This only came to light following an in-depth conversation with the correct person from the supplier. This has lead me to believe that this contract was sold with one thing in mind and that was the commission.
Having spoken with a manager at this company who assured me that he would resolve the issue. He hasn't.
Edit - the contract was put in place by your colleague Jordan McSpirit on the 24th March 2023. Your investigation is inaccurate.
Edit - Very much still in a rolling contract with smartest energy if you wish me to post the actual document on here I’ll happily do so.

UPDATE/ We can confirm this is a false review and unfairly described.
After reviewing the case, we can confirm that the contract in question never actually went live, and no supply ever transferred. We're sorry for any confusion caused, but we’d never knowingly misrepresent a contract – transparency and customer trust are extremely important to us.

Ideal Utilities answer the phone when you ring them back
Ideal Utilities helped us get good prices for electricity on two sites. One contract was for an half hour supply that was particularly problematic. The previous supplier rolling us on to a new 12 monthly deal without any input from ourselves and Jordan Haines persevered until this issue was sorted. He is currently working on recovering funds from excess billing that was related to this and other problems with this company.

Excellent service all round without pressure
Being a small company coming out of a fixed period into a much more volatile market it was very improtant for me to get the best deal possible. Jordan Haines was extremely helpful with every aspect. Great service
I am a new business owner. I have been searching around for different energy suppliers for my business. I was still continuing with the supplier I had. I received a call from one of the colleagues in this company. They give the best deals and help you with what is best for your company. Alex Barlow is the colleague who has been supported. He explained it all to me and helped me gain more knowledge about it. He has done a great deal at an incredible price. Him and his company have helped me take a lot off my shoulder.
