I was interested in buying a signed Messi shirt but was experiencing a slight problem when entering postage requirements. Got in touch with Dan in sales and quickly got this sorted and shirt ordered. Prompt delivery and first class product from icons.

I have been a client of Icons since 2012, having purchased several items and sent in a few of my own pieces to be signed. Back in April I sent in two rare jerseys to be signed after being informed the signing session would take place within two weeks. Instead, it was delayed repeatedly for nearly six months. Communication throughout was extremely poor, with several email chains that totaled over 80 messages between myself and Alfie from Icons VIP Club. Weeks would go by without any response, and I had to constantly chase for updates, feeling like I was begging just to get an answer. When I eventually requested a refund, the same thing happened poor communication and delays, leaving me feeling like I had to beg to get my own money back.

After everything that happened, the company made no genuine effort to make things right for me as a client. For a business that handles valuable memorabilia, this level of disorganization and disregard for customer experience is unacceptable. I had previously sent in an item and everything went smoothly, which is why I trusted them again, I even had the item at their warehouse awaiting future signing to add on to. Unfortunately, this experience completely broke that trust. Due to their negligence and failure to make things right, I requested for all my items to be returned back.

Update: I expected someone from management to reach out following this experience, but unfortunately, no one cared to do so. It seems my concerns were simply ignored, with no effort made to repair the situation or restore trust. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer feedback is extremely disappointing. For reference I posted my initial review October 5, 2025 and am posting this update October 22,2025, several weeks later.

I'm so Happy that I bought a signed Messi's cleat, a piece I've always wanted. Such a cool and gorgeous it is. I had experienced some delays due to an internal issue with Icons, but I can't complain about it because the customer service was wonderful, and they resolved it. I love to have the Goat in my office display looking radiant every day 😍!!

Everything is good in Company, only you can change your delivery company FEDEX. I wait more days because they response 1 mail per day, I always very fast response to him but they have time and give me next day response….. After pack delivery to my house the box was dirty and little destroy. But shirt was great!
