Worst transaction ever
This has been one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased from this store before without any issues, but this time has been a complete nightmare.
I placed an order that was suddenly canceled due to “suspicious activity,” even though I immediately reached out to confirm that it was me who made the purchase. Despite that, the order was canceled, and I had used multiple gift cards to pay. Weeks later, I’ve only received a partial refund for one gift card, there were six in total, and I’m still waiting for the rest. I’ve been emailing customer service every day, practically fighting to get my own money back, which totals over $300, with no clear resolution in sight.
This order was canceled back in mid-June, and I should have received the full refund a long time ago. The back-and-forth and the lack of proper customer support have been incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who values their time, money, or peace of mind.
Update on 07/14: I want to highlight Dan Rushton’s exceptional service in handling what has been a frustrating and difficult process. He navigated the situation with professionalism and understanding throughout in a case that we are still working on it.

Do not Buy from this company.
Bought a signed Messi boot from icons as part of the champions league collection. This boot has faded extremely fast over the years even being stored in a dark cabinet out of sunlight. When contacting icons about this issue I was told by a gentleman named Dan Rushton that I am a liar even after providing photo evidence and nothing will be done because he does not care. Please save your hard earned money and think twice before purchasing from this company.

We are disappointed to read this review, which contains several serious inaccuracies that we feel compelled to correct for the benefit of our valued customers.
At no point did any member of our team, including myself, accuse you of lying. In fact, all correspondence was handled politely and professionally, with full transparency — something we can verify with time-stamped emails and screenshots. We simply requested, as is standard across all reputable businesses, a receipt or proof of purchase to validate the claim. This is a basic requirement in order to trace any order, verify authenticity, and provide aftercare.
Despite checking hundreds of orders across our database, we could not locate any record matching the name you gave us or the timeline. We communicated this clearly and escalated the matter to management, who confirmed the original response.
We take great pride in our products and customer service. All items are signed using industry-standard permanent markers (Sharpie), and while ink degradation can very rarely occur due to environmental factors (such as natural chemical reactions over time), we have never seen fading on any item from this collection — which raises further concerns about the origin of the item in question.
We are always happy to help where we can, but we cannot bypass basic due diligence and we will not accept defamatory claims against our staff or our business.
My manager has responded to you this morning in the hope you can privide the information we have been asking for over the last 36 hours and we look forward to hearing from you.

Leider war der Rahmen meines Produkts beim Transport beschädigt. Doch der Kundenservice von Icons.com hat sofort reagiert: Innerhalb eines Tages war alles geklärt, und mir wird nun ein neuer Rahmen zugesendet.
Großes Lob an den schnellen und freundlichen Support! Ich kann Icons.com definitiv weiterempfehlen.
