Was nervous buying a Tag watch online but read reviews and all looked in order. Delivery was prompt and watch well packaged. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - great prices!

To be clear at the outset I'm happy with my product and the service received. In the spirit of helping you to improve; I received my watch which is unworn and to all intents new but because registered in Dec 16 in France (I presume) is 2nd owner in terms of warrantee. I infered this from the online description at time of purchase but it was not explicit in the details. Perhaps the description online should make known the date registration of some other detail to help the purchaser.

I ordered a watch, which wasn't in their store at that time (they even called me to let me know it will takes time to get one), but they purchased it for me very quickly.
About their communication: they always kept me updated.
Delivery: I exactly got what I ordered. It was well-packed (double layer bubble-foil), nothing damage. They post it me on Tuesday, I had it in my hands on Wednesday (UK -> Central Europe)

I placed my order with Iconic Watches on 11/8/16 for a Nomos watch. I was told that the watch I wanted was backordered and would require 2-3 months to receive. I was fully aware of this at the time of purchase, but went ahead and made the purchase as I was told I could order the watch with an XS watch strap. After 3 months I continued to follow up and was told that my watch was still not available. Finally on 3/28/17 I received an email telling me my watch was received 4-5 months after placing my initial order. I asked to confirm that the watch would ship with the XS strap as requested when placing my order. The watch was dispatched and I received on 4/3/17 with a S strap, not the XS strap that I had requested and told I would receive. I contacted Iconic Watches upon discovery of this and was told that the supplier made an error and that I should keep the S strap and that a new XS strap will be sent to me. At this point had I received my XS strap in a timely manner, I would had been satisfied with my order and probably given a positive review. However after several more times of following up with Iconic Watches over the past several months I continue to get the same response. It has now been 114 days since I received my watch, and still have no idea when I will be receiving the watch strap I had ordered with my watch.

The website was easy to use & the pricing very good. Very easy to order, immediate communication as to when the delivery will arrive. The order arrived on time, very well packed & with no issues at all. Strongly recomend them.

This is my second purchase with IW. Bought a Bi-Metal Sub which came as described and looks amazing. I also have Sea Dweller 4000 which i bought from IW.

Sold my wife's lovely 18ct gold constellation Omega watch due to the dial being too small, so was in the market to purchase another.
Made a trip to Bluewater and the Omega De Ville Ladymatic that was in the Omega shop window seemed to stand out.
Tried the watch on, then swiftly departed due to the full retail price of the watch.
The hunt was on, and wasn't long before we came across Iconic Watches/Ancient and Modern Jewellers Ltd, which beat any price we found on the Internet hands down!!
Then the suspicion crept in.....began to look into the company to check it out, which was surprisingly all good except for the usual customer gripes.
We phoned the company, and shortly after placed a holding deposit on it, and made a 250 mile trip to Blackburn.
On arrival, all was good and legit, and to our delight, the watch was as described, brand new, sealed, boxed with papers, and perfect in every way, and with a 4 year warranty!
The staff were extremely helpful and professional, and took a link out of the watch, paid the outstanding and was on our way!!
Very happy with this beautiful watch and well worth a 500 mile round trip, although it wasn't necessary as the jewellers offered a secure postal service....just piece of mind!!!

The treatment I have received from this company is so disgusting I feel sick in the pit of my stomache. I cannot believe this treatment goes on in modern society.

I made a purchase on this site and paid extra for next day delivery. I was contacted later on that day via email after the deadline requesting that I provide a copy of my passport and proof of address. (Bit late but fair enough). I provided these as promptly as soon as I could.

Upon calling this company to confirm they received it I was alerted to the fact that they use a virtual office service for all enquires I know this because I spoke to a multitude of so called receptionists based around the globe and one of them verbally confirmed my suspicions.
Each time I called I was told the person in the email would call me back.

I dicided to give up on this number and managed to find the number for their shop directly. I called this number and apparently the person who emailed me asking for Id has gone on holiday. No one apparently had any idea about my order and the director would call me back in 20 mins. This call did not happen.

I called back and spoke to another rude member of staff who told me that she had just got off the phone to her bank and that they had spoken to my bank and that they told her that fraud had occured.

Immediately I called my bank and my bank told me nothing of the sort has been said. Complete fiction and even if this was the case my bank would never disclose such information.

I called back iconic and the lady basically changed her story contradicting herself so many times it was unbelievable. Mid conversation a very agressive older lady took over the conversation. This lady told me that she had performed her own checks and that I am not listed at my address as paying council tax and that she has her own ways of checking things. (Clearly illegal underhand tactics without permission). I was told that my order was "going nowhere" and the money would be refunded to my card within 3 working days.

This company has treated me in a horrendous manner, as if I was a criminal for attempting to purchase from them. There is no way in this world I have been the only one treated like this especially with these inaccurate tactics they use.

Their communication is appalling. Not once did they pick up the phone to call me. Not once did they offer me an alternate method of payment. The old lady claimed she is excellent at her job and great in business l. I doubt this can be the case if the treat customers like this.
It is scary to think that people like this have all your information including copies of your identification & have Big Brother system where they apparently can analyse you whole life.
