My siblings and I ordered a large Cleveland Cavs puzzle for our Dad’s birthday and it quickly turned into our favorite activity to do together. We’d throw on a show, some music, or a Cavs basketball game and slowly chip away at it day by day. Our favorite part were the unique wooden pieces shaped like various players, and the glue sheet it came with to hold it all together for easy display. We’re already looking to purchase other puzzles from them!

I was supposed to get my puzzle in 2-7 days; however, half of the order arrived after 3 weeks, and the other half of the order was lost. The reorder for that has yet to arrive. I asked if I was able to get any money applied to my account for the long wait and lost puzzles, but all they offered was a 30% discount on a puzzle. Meanwhile they already have 50% off discounts on their website, so this 30% off is basically nothing.

Lo adquirimos como regalo para las navidades y fue un acierto! A mi hijo le ha encantao y hemos disfrutado mucho haciéndolo con él. El material es de muy buen calidad y es un rompecabezas muy original.
Tuve que contactar con ellos por una pequeña incidencia la cual me resolvieron enseguida.

I purchased the Newcastle Utd Crest for my son in law who was absolutely delighted with the quality of the puzzle. A piece was missing, I informed Iconic Puzzles, they apologised profusely and dealt with this within a couple of days. Their service is exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will purchase further puzzles from them in the future

EDIT: I want to update on my experience. They did end up emailing me asking for a different address to reship. I personally did not trust them and did not want to provide a different address, nor do I feel I had to. They offered to give me a refund and I did receive it. In the end, they did the right thing, but after much back and forth and after escalating the issue. I don’t want to remove my original review because that is the experience I had, but I do want to state that the issue was resolved and I’m happy about that.

I made a purchase for two puzzles. I never received them. I made various attempts to communicate while they had me going in circles. First red flag was that they told me to communicate with the delivery courier. I should have known they were shady. The tracking kept saying unable to deliver wrong address. When I contacted them again, they said they don’t give refunds and asked to deliver it to a friend. I told them I would report them as fraud and dispute my order. They stated that they could ship it USPS. Red flag number 2- they still “shipped” it using the same courier. And guess what?! They “couldn’t” deliver it. What a waste of time, what a joke. Do not purchase from them.

Iconic Puzzles are amazing. Not only are they beautiful but the cutout designs are just as pretty and so intricate. We have a beautiful flower puzzle and Univ of Tennessee puzzle so far. Cant wait to buy another one.

Great quality puzzles and a really enjoyable experience overall. The pieces felt sturdy and the image is sharp. It was challenging enough to stay interested without being frustrating. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived in great condition. Would definitely buy from them again and recommend to other puzzle lovers

Attention, pensez à acheter également le kit de fixation pour pouvoir l'accrocher au mur ou l'exposer verticalement (chevalet offert avec le puzzle !)

¡Un rompecabezas con mucho éxito! Para Navidad, pedimos el rompecabezas de Pedri y el de Lamine Yamal y a nuestros hijos les encantó. Son muy originales y lo que más les gustó fue encontrarse piezas con la forma de los jugadores. Es un producto muy recomendable!

I ordered the Iconic Puzzle of Manchester City. My son absolutely loved it! He couldn’t wait to put it together! The unique pieces of the players made this puzzle so special. We loved checking each one out and fitting it all together. I would definitely recommend Iconic Puzzles for any puzzle enthusiasts! Can’t wait to mount and hang it! Got the product for Christmas for me and my daughter. Started the puzzle which is a lot of fun but unfortunately as we was nearly finished there was a few pieces missing. Which can happen. As soon as I had sent an email regarding this it was all sorted out with a replacement. Excellent service.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my husband. Needless to say he loved it!!! Excellent gift for your sports enthusiast!!!!

Placed Order on December 7th 2025 as a Christmas gift for family. The main reason I placed the order was because their website stated "Delivery 1-3 business days from UK Warehouse," and as I was travelling away for the Christmas period from the 21st, it suited me. However, I was very wrong. After 3 business days, I had not received any information, so I emailed Iconic Puzzle,s who replied to say that my order is still processing and could take 1-5 business days, which confused me as their website had the "DELIVERY 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM UK WAREHOUSE" branded over it. I emailed again on the 13th December, now 1 week since I placed my order and got no reply. I then emailed again on the 15th December asking to cancel my order for a full refund as I had lost faith that they would deliver the item before Christmas week. They replied to this email to say "I am checking with my team and supervisor to get this fixed for you. Please allow me some time 3 business days to get an answer, and I´ll reach you back when done." I found this response from Iconic Puzzles to be very unprofessional as they have failed to deliver the order on time they advertised and have also failed to cancel the order at the request of the customer. I emailed again on the 17th clearly stating that I want to cancel my order and they replied on the 18th to say they can not cancel it now as it is being shipped. I explained to them that on the 17th, I ordered the same puzzle from Amazon and received it on the same day. They ignored this email. The items were eventually delivered on the 3rd of January 2026, 4 weeks after I placed my original order. To make it worse, the product is poor quality but not as poor as their communication, customer service and branding. I would strongly urge anyone to avoid shopping with Iconic Puzzles.

Super pleased with this company, I had my order stolen by porch pirates and they were extremely understanding in helping my situation. Also very cool products!

Super idée de cadeau pour un anniversaire ou pour Noël ! Ce puzzle en bois au thème sport (foot, NBA, tennis) est vraiment original, avec des pièces aux formes variées qui rendent l’expérience encore plus ludique. La qualité est toujours au rendez-vous. C’est déjà le 8ᵉ puzzle que je commande et je suis toujours aussi satisfait(e). Je recommande sans hésiter !

Hatte am 04.12.2025 ein Puzzle bestellt. Lieferzeit war mit 2-5 Tagen angegeben. Mittlerweile habe ich storniert. Wurde immer wieder vertröstet und nun wurde mir mitgeteilt dass die Lizenz für mein Produkt abgelaufen ist.

Bis auf die etwas längere Lieferzeit, war alles super. Aber auch die war noch vollkommen im Rahmen (ca. 10 Tage), die vielleicht aber auch mit der Weihnachtszeit zusammenhing. Einfach zeitig bestellen, sollte es ein Geschenk werden. Ansonsten kam das Puzzle in einer schönen Holzschachtel und das puzzlen ansich hat viel Spaß gemacht, auch wenn es gar nicht so einfach war;) . Klare Empfehlung!
