Icetubs surpassed my expectations
Even though delivery took a while (as expected) it was well worth the wait. Delivery itself went smooth, the packing of the products is good - pretty much no chance of delivery defects.
My Ice Barrel was easy to move to its destinated location - no problem for two men. Set up was very easy and quick.
It makes sense to buy a 1” closeable hose connector for the outlet, which is not included - this way emptying and cleaning will become easier.
Built quality is heavy and outstanding, the design is out of this world. The cooling unit cools down quick and reliable. Everything feels premium, I couldn’t be happier.

Nous avons acquis un IceBarrel XL et étions prévenus du délai de livraison rallongé à 8 semaines des 6 habituelles; cela a pris 13 semaines finalement. Un petit cadeau nous a été livré pour compenser cela. Et surtout il faut dire que la communication a fonctionné extrêmement bien pendant toute la durée de l'attente.
Le livreur a été impeccable et l'IceBarrel est arrivé dans un emballage en parfait état. Le livreur très serviable l'a approché un maximum de son emplacement. Nous avons pu tout déplacer et installer à deux.
Nous avons signalé quelques désordres : une petite coupure sur une des planches, une très mauvaise copie de notice d'installation et dommage de ne pas avoir eu les informations plus détaillées sur l'evacuation à rajouter (diamètre etc). Mais nous avons reçu des réponses le jour même et notamment le remplacement de la planche défectueuse.
L'écran sur le cooling unit est très sombre et pas facile à voir surtout quand il y a du soleil mais nous utilisons l'application recommandée qui est très facile à prendre en main.
Le produit est vraiment très beau, nous l'avons pris avec l'escalier et celui ci est vraiment magnifique et à notre sens facilite l'entrée dans l'eau. Nous l'avons sur la terrasse où la couverture est indispensable pour garder l'eau propre et à temperature.
Tout respire la qualité, autant le produit et le service. Nous avons à faire à une entreprise qui a envie de réussir.

Great experience

Absolutely incredible piece of art in…
Absolutely incredible piece of art in my back garden. The tub has a sleek design and appears so clean with the stainless steel finish. Absolutely love getting into it and am amazed how well it keeps the temperature. I feel elevated all day from doing these in the morning and look forward to doing ice baths now in the morning. I waited a while for the tub and saved for a while but it is so worth it.

Super enttäuschend bis dato
Super enttäuschend bis dato. Mir wurde eine Lieferung Anfang Juni versprochen. Jetzt haben wir Ende August. Letzte Woche kam der Icetub (man hat nicht vor dem Versand geklärt, ob ich überhaupt zu Hause bin) und würde ohne Filter geliefert. Das heißt ich habe nun mit drei Monaten Verspätung einen Icetub, der immer noch nicht genutzt werden kann.
Der Icetub ansich wirkt gut verarbeitet. Das Holz der des Auftritts hat sichbare Flecken (nicht natürlich vom Holz).
Heute morgen hatte ich eine Anfrage an Icetub geschickt, wann die Filter kommen, sie wurde nicht beantwortet. Auch vorherige E-Mails hatten Reminder bedurft.
Was auch ärgerlich ist, ist dass der Icetub mit einem Geländer und einer Treppe beworben wird. Es scheint jedoch so, als hätte die extra dazu bestellt werden müssen. Das geht meines Erachtens nicht aus der Produktdetailseite hervor.

August geschickt, um Sie über den Status der fehlenden Filter zu informieren. Es ist möglich, dass diese E-Mails in Ihrem Spam-Ordner gelandet sind, daher bitten wir Sie höflich, diesen einmal zu überprüfen. Wir werden Ihnen auch heute nochmals eine E-Mail zukommen lassen, um Sie über die Lieferung der fehlenden Filter zu informieren.

Teveel steken laten vallen
Lange levertijd, Icetub wordt op een andere dag geleverd door transporteur dan afgesproken, onderdelen missen en de handleiding wordt pas een week later per email gestuurd. Alle communicatie in het Engels.
Icetub zelf is van goede kwaliteit.

Een hele goede service en echt een super gaaf design! Elke dag en op ieder moment kan je het ijsbad van Icetubs gebruiken en dat zonder ijsblokjes die smelten! Door de dikke wanden en super motor blijft hij lang koud na het koelen. Kortom perfect!

The experience is amazing
The experience is amazing! I was amazed how our boby reacts with the ice bath and the benefits are many. The change i saw in my body was that the pains i had redused a lot and when i had ice bath before my day starts i had full of energy all the day. Also the ice bath is really helpful for our muscular system to relax after a very intense training.

Great quality, boosting recovery
Icetub exceeded my expectations in almost every way. It looks great - quality as advertised, set-up was easy, and it cools quickly and maintains temperature great.
I’ve done cold plunges now and again, but having the ability to do it regularly and with ease has been amazing for recovery and mental clarity.
