A gentleman called Paul rang me and was really polite explained everything to me very clearly and what would happen the eye test was very good and the range of glasses were fantastic thank you Icare

Fantastic service I suffered a stroke and the lady I spoke to was Becky who was patient and understanding and put me at ease would definitely recommend

Received our glasses after 3 weeks from the eye test the gentleman who came with the curly hair was really friendly and explained everything to me and my wife made us both comfortable the eye test itself was thorough I would just like to say a big thank you from myself and Mrs Miller

Very friendly, i did have a delivery issue but people were extremely helpful and we're in contact almost immediately. The eye exam was very friendly and nice
Took a little time for me to receive the glasses but that was more personal issues.
The glasses fit well and have helped a lot. 🙂

I never usually write reviews, but people need to know about this amazing service. The team at ICare were very patient with me taking time to explain the eye test in detail when I asked. They sent me a lovely optician who was brilliant can't wait to see him again next year.

Booked in for my elderly parents who struggle to get out the service was top notch we will continue using them as it’s so much easier than taking them both out.

They came to test my nan, last week they were super polite and friendly. The booking team let me know everything that was going on the service was top notch. Massive thanks to Tom who booked her in and affy who rang to consolidat me on everything that was going on. The optician was lovey he was super patient with her received glasses as promised 10/10 would recommend.

WOW!! The service here was beyond excellent and with so many choices I’m sure everyone can find the perfect pair.

A spectacular plethora of glasses, the customer service was superb, they always go 1 step further just to help. Love it !

Its rubbish service…
Cancelled mine just minutes after placing the order ..but they told me its already on its way to you.
And when asked them to cancel it please:they told me: try it and if you don’t like it then gift it to member of your family 🤔
Also in to my third week and still haven’t arrived 🤬

Don't waste your money, I paid £40 for a pair of glasses and within 3 weeks one of the arms fell of due to poor manufacturing not broken, I reported the problem and one of there reps called and had a look and told me it will cost £30 to repair, it was clear the problem was with the poor quality of the frame, I have glasses I purchased at pound stretchers for £2 still going strong over a year now,
Avoid at all cost you will waste your money.
I have emailed them on several occasions and have had no reply, I have called and left messages and have had no reply,
Don't get ripped off and go somewhere else.

Very good service, it seemed much more thorough having the test at home. I would definitely recommend them.

I must say you people seam be just interested in taking peoples money.
Since to dat they have been a complete wast of time.
They have not responded to numerous requests,
to come back since my glasses for long sight I use for driving are uselessas the frame fell apart and one of the lenses fell out. the reading glasses are not much better as one of the arms has become very loose
Also my wyfe,s reading glasses appear to here to be the wrong prescription.
we paid up front total of £365
All the above problems have been disused on considerable number of occasions.
Both with the representatives and the quality control director.
To date we have had no response other than.
when I do manage to get hold of anyone they sound help full !!
then you here nothing yet again.
I have the address so if this situation into continue,
as the glasses are not fit for purpose
I will have no alternative but to get adjudgment from the courts and send the sherifs round.
