Great customer service
I ordered a second set of grids for my caravan after installing a previous set which I found easy to lay and good value. However there was a shipping issue down to the courier. When I spoke to IBRAN about this the response was excellent. He chased the order up and immediately updated me. I then received the order very quickly.

Ordered Ibradrive in plenty of time
Ordered Ibradrive in plenty of time, phoned to confirm delivery day. Two days prior to delivery I was told there was no product in stock so delivery would be delayed by a day. Product still did not arrive until 2 days later. Then the product was delivered twice. Once there the product was easy to use and hopefully will last.

Very helpful on phone when I made an inquiry. Ordered and delivered within 2 days. Product is well made, very strong and easy to put together. Also good to know it’s recycled materials. Already suggested to nephew who is going to use as a base under his daughters wooden house in their garden.
