We completely understand your frustration and disappointment, and as the former official UK distributor through iBlue.uk, we want customers to know that we were unfortunately caught out by the situation as well.
For years we invested heavily into the iBlue platform, supported customers across the UK, and believed in the product. At one stage we were even required to purchase a minimum of 100 devices per month to remain an authorised distributor. We committed significant time, money, and effort into building the brand within the UK market.
Unfortunately, things began to decline when the iOS application was removed and technical issues were not properly addressed. This created major problems not only for customers, but also for dealers like ourselves who had built businesses around the platform.
We were extremely disappointed because we had already achieved Tassa registration for the devices and were actively preparing potential partnerships within the Land Rover Defender market. We genuinely believed the system had huge potential before the ongoing issues started.
Like many customers, we also experienced communication problems, unresolved support requests, and concerns regarding licences and product availability. This situation negatively affected both our business and our clients, and for that we sincerely apologise to anyone impacted.
Please understand that we no longer have any affiliation with iBlue.eu and cannot provide support for their current operations. We can only speak honestly from our own experience and advise customers to research carefully before making any purchases.
