BUYER BEWARE!!! paid for game and didn't receive. Raised a ticket and no one gets back to you, just the standard "due to high volume of emails it might take some time to get back to you". Have checked this with other Irish buyers and the same problem. Money taken, no game and no chance of refund as per their website.

New update: 3 weeks later and still no money, no game,no answers.

The game kinda sucks. Very buggy, WAY less things to do in Minecraft, and it’s literally a Minecraft old mod pack. It’s not even a new mod pack because those feels immersive. It felt as if I was playing a really old Minecraft mod for an old version of Minecraft. The combat is kinda cool, yet I feel like you can easily cheese the monsters. This game is brand new so it’s just another Minecraft clone who swears it’s different, so until cooler updates come out and I don’t fkn lag, it isn’t worth $20 it’s worth $5 and even then I still wouldn’t buy the game in its current stage…

This host is a major scam they offer hosting for something that does not exist and make up everything on their site.

Hytale hasn't come out yet and they are already claiming they have everything. These are the owner of hytalehub.com. They delete other people bad reviews. These guys are here for a quick cash grab. I would not trust them at all. They claim they are advertising minecraft servers but when you go there their links are all broken and you cant buy anything. Also I wouldnt trust these guys with any of my information because have of their links are broken. Also if you go to forums they are filled with bots. They want to seem active but all there is are bots. I wouldnt trust these guys as hosting providers at all. They are going to scam you. If hytale isnt available why claim you have ddos protected servers, a control panel, and ultra low latency. I wouldnt trust these guys to keep your information safe also. A broken site.

I first wanna address something, if HytaleHosting will report this review(and they will trust me) I’d like to say this: According to the guidelines you’re not allowed to post a review if you haven’t received any services from said company, while saying that all the 5 star reviews haven’t received any service as well due to one simple fact, Hytale servers aren’t yet available and if my review gets deleted I request to get the other fake 5 star reviews removed as well for the following reason:

HytaleHosting is a scummy practise, they got people to post 5 star reviews so they can claim on their website they got a 5 star overall review rating which is false! I posted one and they reported it, only difference between that and this one is that here I’m trying to explain it better so any trustpilot staff reviewing this understands the situation. I advice anyone to not trust this shady company, even if Hytale is released its not worth using a service from a company who tries to censor out any bad reviews even if they are the pure facts. Take my advice if you want a Hytale server go to another hosting provider that has a reputable history and isn’t involved in this scummy fake 5 star review business thats trying to make some quick bucks of you, out of a community.

EDIT: They tried to remove my 1 star review, so they can have a better image. The reason they've used is that they are claiming to already provide minecraft servers, which is a total lie, as if you look at their site its just a landing page. I will say it again don't trust HytaleHosting!

It's impossible to genuinely review a service no one has access to yet. Also, they're false advertising on their website. "10 out of 10 based on 3 reviews." Well there are certainly more than 3 reviews and you certainly don't have 10 out of 10. Look at their activity on TrustPilot as well, they removed 4 reviews. Will my review get removed? Don't trust this website at all. Don't trust HytaleHub either.

Edit: This company tried to remove my review because "they only have Minecraft servers now, and they'll upgrade to Hytale servers later." This isn't true in the slightest. Their website says they are "undergoing renovations", presumably to avoid this fiasco, but you can disable JavaScript through an adblocker extension so you don't get redirected to the renovations page and look at the entire website. Minecraft is not mentioned once on their entire website. They do not provide hosting for Minecraft servers and are trying not to get banned on TrustPilot for advertising a service that doesn't exist.

My 1 star review stands after reviewing every service this company has to offer.

This site promises a Hytale server hosting network, Hytale is a game that will not be released any time soon, so the service they are promising does not exist. It is not possible to host Hytale servers. Attempting to buy the service is not possible as all the links are not yet working. They posted fake 5 star reviews before the service is available so they can advertise their 5 star rating on their site. People heard about this and starting leaving negative reviews so Hytale Hosting responds by filing reports against every single negative review. They boast about having a 5 star trust pilot rating but the current rating is 3 stars. They are involved in deceitful business practices and the people responsible for the site have a history of similar tactics on their other projects.

In the guidelines for reviews it says you are not allowed to post a review unless you have had a genuine service or buying experience. The service in question does not exist and won't for the foreseeable future meaning no one who has left a review on Hytale Hosting has had a service experience. If my review is maliciously reported by Hytale Hosting which is likely, I request that my review and every other review both positive and negative about Hytale Hosting be evaluated and removed for violating the rule that states "The reviewer is not allowed to post the review if the viewer has not had a genuine buying or service experience." Thank you.

This website looks amazing, can't wait to start a plan on it with my team.

This looks like it's going to be pretty huge. The individuals that created this platform have run numerous hosting sites in the past. I'll be sure to host my Hytale server with HytaleHosting.org once Hytale releases!

The site looks very professional, I can tell it will be very good and once the game comes out I plan to buy a package!
