Very disappointing experience with HyperStack.

In my experience, HyperStack has **hidden costs that are not clearly warned about**. I was using the service on a prepaid basis, but after my credit reached zero, a storage volume continued generating charges and my account ended up with a negative balance of $29.26.

I was never clearly warned that this could happen. For a prepaid service, I find this billing practice completely unacceptable.

The support staff were polite and professional, but response times were quite slow, with long delays between messages.

Because of these hidden and poorly disclosed costs, I will not be using HyperStack again.

Man - hyperstack is so bad. I mean... the UI and app are fine. The real issue is that their GPU stock is basically non-existent and their support is TERRIBLE. You just get slapped into a live chat - they don't respond for like 30min at a time - disconnect immediately if you're not there, and then they can't help you anyway. If you need something really low quality then it is maybe usable in a pinch, but easily the worst experience I've ever had with a cloud provider in terms of GPU availability and support

Support Service is completly useless, can't provide the most basic services.

Their support sucks and vm ports don't work at all. Then they blame you that you did something wrong and don't offer a refund. Moreover if you restart their vm, they stop working and then again they blame you for it.

I’ve been running large-scale training and inference jobs on Hyperstack for a few months now, and it’s easily one of the most performant and developer-friendly platforms I’ve used. The infrastructure behaves exactly how you'd want it to—NUMA alignment, CPU pinning, low jitter, and no surprises under load. Performance is stable even across long-running, distributed jobs.
The dev tooling is solid too. I had Terraform and API integration set up quickly, and provisioning is fast enough that it doesn’t interrupt flow. There’s also none of the abstraction pain you get with the big clouds—if you need to get close to the metal, you can.
Support has been great so far. When we had a weird behavior on a multi-GPU setup, they responded quickly with a fix, and it was clear the team actually understands the hardware stack.
If you care about latency, throughput, and reproducibility in your runs, this is a platform worth using. It feels like it was built by people who’ve actually done this work.

Exceptional customer support, and simple interface to get things done!

Having used the platform for a number of different GPU types I find it super easy to use and they always have the best prices on the market.
Found support to be super helpful too.

Scam company stay away, there service is absolutly bad nothing works and they will refuse to refund you
