Communication was poor to begin with, I had to chase order, then again chase it after they said they would send it.

Purchased a pair of UNC Jordan 1 for my son for Christmas and i have to say the Hypeology team really did good! Delivery time was quick and the packaging and the way the shoes were presented in the box was wicked. Will definitely be buying again :)

I order a size 4.5 and realised the mistake straight away and emailed to ask to change the size, was told by email they would send a 5 the correct size and still sent a 4.5 so didn’t listen to my query at all
