More than just learning to swim
I’d been putting this off for a long time. Being in the water was never something I felt comfortable with, but I knew it was something I needed to face for myself. I researched and came across Hydroverse.
I ended up speaking to Tiago, who runs it, and what stood out straight away was that he didn’t just talk at me, he actually listened. I mean properly listened to where I was at and what I was worried about. That made taking the first step feel a lot less daunting. Even now, four sessions in, he still checks in, which says a lot.
I started with 1:1 lessons with Evi, genuinely my confidence wasn’t great. And honestly… she’s been incredible. Calm, patient, and really encouraging in a way that makes me started believing in myself.
I didn’t walk in feeling confident, but the environment they create just puts you at ease. No pressure, no judgement just steady, real progress.
If you’ve been putting it off like I did, I’d say just take the step with Hydroverse I nearly didn’t and I’m glad I did.
Evi & Tiago …. THANK YOU
