This company is brilliant from the initial call for call out for a quote to Ben coming out to supply and fit the boiler.
Ben was always available if I had a questions, he was honest and charges were clear.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Turned up on time,done the boiler service,no hassle, very friendly service.great job, very satisfyed.

Efficient, friendly and very professional and tidy, have used several times in the past and can’t fault the work, would highly recommend

Just had a new heating system installed in our house by Hydroheat. Very impressed by the speed and quality of the work involved, and will look forward to using Ben and his team in the future, and will recommend to everyone we know that will need heating installations to be done in the future.

Have used these guys for many years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else . Ben came to do my service today and did a good job as always as do all the service engineers do
Would I recommend these guys 100% but don’t take my word for it try them yourself

I can’t recommend the company enough. We had a new boiler installed by Ben from Hydroheat and we are over the moon with the result. Ben explained everything about the new boiler and what needed to be done. He was very clean and ooze with professionalism.he was very friendly and always had the time to answer any of our questions. It’s was installed with a very fair price.

I have in the past used other plumbers from local searches, but have been disappointed by the lack of customer service I received.

Since contacting HydroHeat, a number of years ago, I now only use them for servicing my boiler annually.
They are alway on time, professional and trustworthy.

Hydroheat installed my boiler,and have been servicing it for the last couple of years.Very good communications with the guys,and they do a good clean job, nothing but praise for them.

Pain free installation. Left site nice and tidy. Now have an Energy Efficient Baxi Boiler.
Would recommend.

Sian was friendly and helpful when discussing my situation with her. Great customer service.
Ben was a complete pleasure. He was able to attend earlier than arranged and I received a text letting me know plus the option to decline an earlier visit. I could also track where he was on his route to me. Ben also called to let me know he’d be early and if it was ok.
Ben listened to my issue and gave good advice on next steps. He gave the boiler a good service and identified the possible issue causing my boiler to reset. He gave that a good clean and checked to make sure everything was working again.
I am so pleased that I’m able to have a shower at home again now and the boiler has not gone to reset since he left.
I will 100% use this company in the future.

Ben replaced a radiator in my bathroom. He was very fast and efficient and always friendly. I have used this company multiple times and they are now my default heating company as their communications are fantastic, they are always professional and there's never any hard sell.
