The product itself is good. Helped my mother set it up last night and it was quite straight forward. She is super excited.
Giving three stars as the website stated that dispatch would be done in three working days (it was 10 instead), due to "unexpected high traffic", which is understandable but a bit misleading. They have since changed it I believe. But also the website stated delivery would be DHL and instead was UPS.
A bit knit-picky, but I initially thought that it was a scam due to the delay.
But anyway! just my two cents. My mother is happy so that is the most important thing. Onward ice baths!
