Ordering portal is always out of stock. Takes forever to get live. App is slow as heck. Wish I wouldn’t have paid 3 k to be stuck with this company for a whole year. Also recruiter lies saying you’ll get a start kit with everything you need. It’s not everything you need.
The medication is getting delivered…
The medication is getting delivered later and later. I have customers who are constantly contacting me because they have not received their package and it is time for their injection. This month I ordered my medication on September 3rd and I still have not received it or received word on when it will ship. I have also tried to order new supplies for my IV part of my business and the supplies that I need are out of stock. This is frustrating. I also live on the border of Oregon and Washington. I run my business in Oregon but would love to have a discounted rate to open a second business through Hydreight so that I can see patients in Washington also. I love that Hydreight helps with managing funds. I wish there was a documents page where all the forms are kept for changing prices, etc.
Weight loss shot
If you’re considering using this company for the weight loss shot, be aware that you cannot depend on it arriving on time. I’m now two weeks behind with no shot. They took the payment, but the product was never sent.
If a company charges upfront, the product should be delivered promptly. And if supply is running behind, customers should be given the option to order in advance so we don’t have to miss weeks and lose consistency.
They have no problem charging top price, but the service delivered is very low quality. I made my order 9/5/25 and today 9/16/25 I do not have the shot.

My experience with Hydreight has been great since day one. There are so many resources to help me navigate this experience! Every one I have encountered has been very professional upbeat and encouraging and they also put out “ your part of the family vibe”.

One thing are q&a webinars. They are at times that don’t really work for me. Unfortunately I still work full time somewhere and unable to attend them. I wish there were more than one and at least 2 different times for attending

Unprofessional telehealth consults
The telehealth consults are kind of a joke. The doctors don’t even ask any questions and it was literally under 30 seconds. I’m not sure why this level of service (or lack of) costs $25 and how this provides any level of protection for the patient. My friend had her consult and the doctor never even came on the call and sent an approval for her services anyhow! Yikes!! Rather unprofessional from the perspective of a healthcare provider. Seems like Hydreight is just checking a box here.

Didn’t get one item in my order though I don’t think it’s Hydreight’s fault. I think it was the delivery driver BUT it could be that they didn’t translate all items to the supplier.

Unable to order what I need
Missing safety item in shipment still has not shipped. Many add in vitamins and peptides “sold out”. I do not have the ingredients to make specific IV drips.
Truly a turn key experience
Truly a turn key experience setting up. If you have difficulties there are a number of Hydreight employees on standby waiting to help and answer any questions you have.

Everything is on back order.. no way to complete a proper IV with what they have…. So unfortunate.. the renewal day to charge me is right under a year and there is a delay of product for like a month.. and it’s ongoing…not much room to really grow as a business.
Very Supportive
Very supportive! From the On Boarding, Business Success team to the technical support team all are AWESOME and so helpful. The weekly Webinars are so helpful and informative. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Everyone is at a different place in this business and they understand. I am older and not very computer/tech savvy and I ask a lot of questions. They have all the tools and support that I need. I am very happy that I chose Hydreight Wellness! Right now I can't say enough good things about them. You have to work at this, its not easy. So if your not willing to put the time in don't expect to just have clients knocking your door down. Take your time and use the resources available. I'm still new to everything and learning everyday.
