I ordered on 12th November 2025. Product delivered exactly as ordered and tbh i'm very impressed.

I actually had a couple of interactions post order:
1. factory photos were really sent
2. they refunded me money for one of the options that was not available

Interactions were with "Becky".

I know it's hard to tell if reviews are genuine - please believe me that mine is - i don't know how to prove it.

So:
1. ordering process - 5/5. i had a couple of questions pre-order (to make sure that at least there was someone that would respond) and they did answer questions and actually sent evidence (which in all honesty could have been dubious)
2. fufillment process - 5/5. In this case not only did i receive the factory photos, but when i pointed out that one option wasn't present, they did in fact refund that amount (and apologised). it wasn't a big thing. i suppose it's worth asking beforehand if all the options are available
3. delivery process - 4.9/5. So - firstly - i live in europe and the delivery was performed without having to bother with customs / VAT. Presumably it was shipped DDP or else there was something with the consolidator that managed to get it through without any effort on my part. Anyway - it was good not to have to bother with that. Secondly - it was delivered intra-europe via UPS - a reputable firm. Shame that they don't really exist in my small european country so it was delivered by a last mile partner - and that's why it's 4.9/5 instead of 5/5. The last mile partner isn't great. not that HXDoll could have known that. and all is well that ends well.

What prompted my purchase ? the entire "french situation" where shein and aliexpress stopped selling these products because of national uproar ... i decided i might as well buy before the entire EU turns into some prude's paradise. if you are hesitating - well - i'd recommend you go ahead, and hxdoll would not be a bad company to use.

I recently decided to buy myself a doll that looks like a big village girl. I bought a 175cm doll from WM through the seller hxdoll. I received a very fast service and the doll was delivered in a relatively short time. Everything was very detailed, I chose the softest version of the TPE material, it was harsh because the doll could get damaged, but the game was worth the candle. Soft material does not need jelly breasts. I must warn you that the doll is heavy and big, but I especially like it in combination with the very soft material. The product arrived in a soft blanket without any damage or deformation. HXdoll is very professional and gave me accurate information in details and was very regarded to my personal preferences.

HXDOLL helped me with my first order. I was not able to complete my payment because my card declined the purchase. I contacted HXDOLL by email and they replied really quickly and helped me with payment. I found the doll's bra size is C cup and I asked if they can replace for a E cup body with the same head. Finally they replaced it with another body type. Their customer service is always timely and useful. Shipping was also a breeze, the doll was packaged carefully, overall, I cannot recommend HXDOLL highly enough.

Brought my first doll from HXDOLL, and it was exactly as the photo showed. Quality was amazing as is the customer service. I had a issue with the order where they sent a different varient of the head for the doll. After informing the customer support team, they sent the correct head straight away. I will be buying more dolls from them in them future!

The factory photos and videos they send were better than I expected. HXDOLL shipped the package to Frankfurt for free, which I really appreciate.

I waited 12 days before receive the Funwest doll factory picture, but I have to say, it was lovelier than the website picture. I rquested Becky to ship the doll immediately, soon they shipped it by UPS, and I received it after 9 days. It was delivered to the unit door, the doll looked great. I like the overall experience with HXDOLL.

I contaced HXDOLL before make my first purchase because I don't know if they can send the outfit for free. Luckily, the Tifa doll is on sale, and I'll get it for free. I placed my first order soon, it's the new Tifa doll. The production took 13 days, Becky sent me the Tifa doll factory picture, they won't show the backend by default, so I contacted HXDOLL for it, they replied quickly and showed me the backend Tifa, I'm totally relieved. They also sent me the PDF sex doll manual and the UPS tracking number. The shipping cost 9 days, so the total turnaround time is 23 days, which is a long time, maybe it's only for Gamelady doll, right? Well, I'm impressed with their doll and customer service, keep the good work!

I ordered a Paimon doll on Apr 25, soon I contacted HXDOLL to cancel my order because I want another doll called Ganyu, becky replied me quickly and cancelled my order, I got 95% refund of the full payment. And they helped me order the Ganyu doll successfully, I opened the package and I found I have to assemble it by myself, but it's easy to complete, the Ganyu doll came with free outfit, it's a nice doll!

I Ordered a doll on sale I believe in the beginning of April. I have never ordered one of these dolls so I could understand how I could of made some mistakes. Now knowing what I know now. I can see how the Hxdoll website does not provide informed and complete information.
For example. When I order the Tifa Doll, I wanted it "same as picture". I was using my phone so it's possible I was not seeing everything that the website offers. It took me to customize. I "thought" I added nothing. I did not want to add nothing because that would have made the price higher. I did not know about the materials for the head and body. So apparently maybe by accident I choose a TPE head. I would have liked a TPE body but don't know if that was an option. So I ordered it.
Here is what upset me and caused much distress and pain. This thing took forever to deliever. I got the email where it said "thank you for your purchase! Now I need this thing within 15 days for a special event. The email said "if it's ready to ship in stock doll, it will be shipped out soon" That is what I thought I had. The email goes on to say "if you choose a custom doll, it will be finished in 2-7 days and you will be updated with a factory photo (on the website it says they will send you photo(s) with an s suggesting they will show you multiple angle of the finished product). I thought they had a factory here in the states. Had I known it was gonna take close to 2 months! I would have never ordered it! I don't check my emails often and I get a bunch of mail but I check and I got nothing for the Hxdoll company.
On April 18, 2024, I emailed them and told them I have not got nothing. Very suspeciously I got a message back from them saying, oh we have "real shot photos" which just turn out to be one. It's strange to me how I hear nothing and then when I contact them weeks later, oh it's ready to be shipped. I did not see this email until days later. From the photo, it was a close up from the waist up. the doll was naked and you couldn't see how long the hair was from the back. But I had trust right cause I order just like I saw in the picture. So I saw other dolls that were naked. So I told myself, they want to show off the body. They are gonna put the clothes on it or in the box. I wanted the outfit
The next day they sent me an email to say "it's on the way". Now remind you, I am not checking my email. This dolls was as I compare to other website should not have taken any longer than 3 weeks at most. So I see you could track it so I was like this this is coming all the way from China. They did not say that anywhere when it was being ordered.
So yesterday the box finally shows up to my home. I am upset it took this long. That is unacceptable. I could not use it for what it was originally intended for. I thought. Well I'll check it out. Maybe it will be cool looking.
I opened the box and I ended up hurting my back and one of my arms just getting it out of the box and moving it around. It was way more smaller than I thought. The outfit was not on the doll or in the box. I was like this sucks. They took off the ad for this doll so I can't go back and see if I missed something. Like if the clothes were separate. Also the wig is not the wig in both photos. Not the one advertised on the website and not the one in the photo that they shot. Tifa has very long hair and this wig is cheap, hair is falling out. it's designed differently and it not the length or style of Tifa. So now I have a naked unimpressed doll. "It's not Tifa!
I get how since I am a beginner how I might not get how these things weight a lot or what dolls and types are best for this or that. I get how if you pay more you will get more perks and details. But after researching. I have come to find out about shady stuff china doll factories do. Like put a much lower weight on their dolls then what they actually are for example.
It was so humiliating. I went back and forth with Hxdoll, not really knowing who I am talking to. They would say things like "you will like it when you see it". How invalidating is that? I will decide that.
I know the Hxdoll company are gonna pretend like they are completely innocent. I am not happy with the doll. Especially since it took this long to get it. Without the right wig and clothes.
If I ran this company, I would issue refunds to anyone who is unhappy. I would try to fix every problem. Like my doll had a piece under it's foot like taken out. Like someone poked it with a knife. You can tell this was all cheap. Maybe with the full clothes and right hair I would have been a little happy about that. But the damn wait time. You have no idea.
I don't know how any of this can be fixed. I doubt they would give me the full attire. I can't return it. I don't even want my money back. I think it's messed up that you can't see this dolls in person to feel them and learn about them in person. I am depressed and will never come back to Hxdolls. I have no trust in them. Go elsewhere for better service.

My experience with hxdoll.com was mixed.
I ordered a custom silicone doll head with movable jaw function for nearly the price of a new doll.
I provided detailed pictures and a 3D model for them to create the head.
Unfortunately they completely messed it up.
They didn't provide any preview pictures and started production without waiting for my approval or confirmation.
The result was not even close to what I was expecting, the face didn't match the pictures in the slightest.
They offered me a cheap refund of $800 and had to dispose of the head.
Customer service was always quick and helpful but that was it. I don't recommend this company for this type of product.

I got connected with HXDOLL team 2 months ago, they respond quickly, after my 3D files were reviewed and details were confirmed, I finally placed my order of a custom Asian female model doll from HXDOLL, it's a bit expensive, but the doll I received is perfect. They have the best silicone material, and they even made the seamless neck for my doll!

Great experience with HXDOLL team, the sex doll I got is realistic and exactly what I've been looking for, would order another one in the future!
