I had a 20 minute phone call with Johnny Hendrik and received a lot of valuable information. I live in Rotterdam and the gemeente do not pay for this service and I cannot afford it at the moment...yet, I was provided great tools that will (hopefully) help with the interaction with my landlord.

I am very pleased with Huurteam Nederland and the job they did with my case. After 5 years of living in NL, I returned to my country. When I wanted to recover my deposit, I found that the real estate agency I had sent my deposit to when renting my apartment was reluctant to give it back to me. They were trying to gaslight me, saying that they already made the transference, and when I asked for proof of that transference, they started ignoring my emails and calls. Naar aanleiding van een geschil met mijn huurbazin (private sector) heb ik contact opgenomen met Huurteam Nederland.
Wat een verademing! Niet alleen werd ik heel snel te woord gestaan, ook werd ik heel goed ingelicht over het hoe-nu-verder en waren mijn opties me heel duidelijk na de hulp van HTN.
