Dealing with customer service was like talking to a brick. Google pay overwrote the address I had entered with an address from 6 years ago. They were no help the only option was to wait 18 days for the post office to send it back and then they might process the post refund in a further 14 days!

When I asked about PSD2 compliance (I work in a bank, but they need to verify the billing address postcode is the same as where the card is registered which was impossible in my case as I’ve log since moved) they got super aggressive and threatened me with lawyers

Awful customer service. Contacted them with an urgent delivery matter. Responded days later much too late to assist. Asked for further support and told nope that's it, sorry. AVOID.

School shoes purchased for my Daughter are way to wide, she has never had this problem before so must be this brand.
£4.99 to return aswell !!!!

The quality of the boots I purchased are really good. I also purchased some sandles which unfortunately were slightly faulty the customer service came back to me very quick with a full refund of my sandles. I will purchase from these again.

Lovely comfy sandals, exactly as advertised

Lovely footwear but I find them very narrow towards the toe. On an open toe sandal there is not quite enough room for my little toe !

Bought some sandals,wore only a couple of times ,leather on straps gone so soft they do not secure my feet,and inner sole very slippy.
Got in touch with customer service,asked to post pictures which I did ,Response "You have worn them."
I would not have found the fault had I not worn them.
Very poor customer service.

I've spent all my life trying to find the correct footwear after a drunk driver mutilated my foot/leg. Although I have to cut off the ankle straps, the mule that's left is perfect. So comfortable and quality . Thank you for the company I've bought all my latest sandals from. X

I know that the shoes are reasonably good quality, however be warned, they charge £5 for returns. They don't even collect the return for that, you have to drop it off. I won't be buying anything directly from them again. You would be better off buying from somewhere else.

Fast and efficient, i had to return shoes as a bit small but all sorted and refund on its way 😊 happy days!!

The sandals arrived and were extremely wide. My feet are not particularly narrow, yet they slid so far forward that my toes hung over the front of the sole. These were the Georgia Cork Heel in Tan.

It is a shame, as I have bought similar styles from this brand before without any issue.

However, the main reason for the one-star review is the returns charge. You are required to pay £4.99 upfront to return the item; it is not simply deducted from the refund. While I appreciate I have to pay for returns - most stores deduct it from the refund not make you pay out again.
There is also no cheaper option for returning via a shop or locker — just a flat £4.99 charge for the privilege of trying on a shoe that appears to be in the sale because it has been made far too roomy.

Sadly, my love affair with HushPuppies is now over.

Having just purchased the toe loop sandals which I received today a size 8, having tried them on they are to small. I am a 42 euro size and had this been shown on the website that there 8 is a 41 I wouldn’t have purchased them. I have now had to pay £4.99 to return them. Not impressed.

I ordered 2 pairs of the same shoe in different colours. Both came and looked worn, marks on the sole, creases in the leather indicating wear. over all shabby looking for Shoe that re £80 are pair. I think they were ex display. I would not but ex display, as they had a John Lewis promotional card in the box. Unfair and now I have to pay the return postage Its underhand. Emailed them 5 days ago and no response not even an auto email response acknowledgement reply.

It has been a long time since I bought Hush Puppies. But I remember them fondly. I bought a pair of trainers, I am not disappointed. The shoes are great. The customer service was also great. So, my memory, has not let me down. Hush Puppies, a great pair of shoes.

Low quality and the two shoes aren’t the same size and width. Can see the glue and they seem cheap. Also cost to return
