Bought a pair of Hush Puppies off ShoeStation Direct, VAT number: GB 927765971 shoes size on them reads UK 10 but way to loose for me more like a size 11, Will be returning in the morning for a refund and I was looking forward to a new pair of shoes today :( ,
HUSH PUPPIES are selling their mens shoes with wrong sizes on them.

Way too big, needed to send back! Niles should be purchased a size smaller or half.
Loved everyday-lace fit - sad because they’re like wearing a glove. Attempted to look for similar ..not sure if HP’s still got it ?

I'm very happy with both the pairs of shoes that I ordered online. They are very comfortable, well made and perfect for work.
I did have to contact customer services, as I had an issue with the address, but this was sorted very efficiently and the shoes still arrived on time.
Great service, and would definitely order again.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of the Hush puppies Sleeper, which I bought for 6000 PKR. Within just 19 days of use, the product has already shown signs of damage.

For a brand like Hush puppies, I expected a much better quality and durability. The sleeper's performance was satisfactory initially, but its short lifespan has left me feeling cheated.

I would not recommend this product to anyone, especially considering its premium price point. Hush puppies needs to improve their quality control and ensure that their products can withstand regular use.

Bought a pair of there sandals £38, the cut of the straps meant everytime I walked in them the heel pushed out so
I WAS WALKING on the inside edge of the sandal. The customer service rep said because I did,nt buy them of their site I had to go to the shop I bought them from.
Unlucky me.

I initially ordered a pair of shoes, but received a smaller size. I gave them away to a family member to avoid the hassle of returning them. I then ordered a pair of boots for £80, but after wearing them once, I noticed that the inside back of the shoes was unstable, which is unacceptable for boots costing £80. I disputed this with customer service, and unfortunately, they confirmed that they cannot offer a refund or replacement. I am extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to wearing them, but now I am left with no choice but to throw them away. Very poor experience overall!!

Bought from hush Puppies as big named brand for my daughters. Sandals came as bit dirty/or kept outisde for showroom. Also the finishing of sandals is very poor. You can see Glue coming our near the sole edge.

Lovely pair of sandals and they’re on offer as well. Purchased two pairs and I’m happy with them except for one item that has a missing letter of the brand. Raised concern to the team and this was dealt with really quickly. I am happy with the way the complaint department dealt with the issue. Thank you for the fast response.

I bought a shoe as a gift but it came scuffed. I returned it of course but was really impressed with the customer services team especially Vicki who listened and resolved the matter urgently.

All good. I got a great pair of high quality leather boots at less than half price. Hush Puppies is an excellent company, with brilliant customer care and provides good value for money - my boots arrived quickly too, well packaged, free post.

Hele slechte kwaliteit, ik had laarsje gekocht die na 1,5 maand en hoogstens 8 keer gedragen zijn al kapot zijn. Heel het leer is aan beide schoenen los gescheurd van de hak en het rubber van de hak is ook al gescheurd. Als je contact opneemt met hush puppies sturen ze je terug naar de winkel waar ze gekocht zijn en de winkel stuurt mij weer terug naar hush puppies..slechte service.

Absolutely DO NOT order from Hush Puppies. By far the worst online shopping experience of my 25+ years of online shopping. I received my order and several pairs of shoes were faulty – improper stitching, scuffs and marks. I immediately followed the return instructions which was to email them which I did same day as delivery (Monday 20th January), but got no response. I called customer services on Friday 24th January and they said they had no record of my email and to try again. I this immediately, still no response. I called again on Wednesday 30th, and customer services said they still hadn’t received my email and then sent me an email to test, which I received whilst on the phone to them, and responded to immediately. No response. I called again on and again Thursday 30th and customer service told me they still have no record of my emails and said they would contact me with a WhatsApp Number to send the pictures of the faults to… I received nothing. I then get an email 3rd February saying they are still trying to find me the WhatsApp Number to send my photos to….. I also contacted the Social Media team who said they have raised with customer services, twice, and they cant help me any further…. So here I am two weeks later and no resolution on how to return faulty products. Given the pathetic 14 day returns window, I’ve ow been forced to send the 7kg order back at my own expense. Hush Puppies, I demand the £8.75 spent on this out of my own pocket to be refunded along with my order, ASAP.

It would help if Hush Puppies actually had a system whereby customers could start a return themselves, like every other online retailer has, your “sort yourself out” policy is uniquely unhelpful. The fact your customer service staff who man the Social Media and Phone channels are powerless to help is another failure.

Never again.

The shoes were very comfortable and good quality. Ordering, checkout and delivery was first class.

After reading so many negative feedbacks I was in shocking that there were many unsitisfied customers. I ma giving a 3 star. I ordered 3 different pairs of boots. I had to return 1 because although it was my usual size, these boots were really tight on for my feet. The quality to me was superb and no stitching issues. I was disappointed finding that I had to pay for return and ideally as instructed needed to pay for tracked service. Then I had no email for almost a week, so I was worrying that I would not only loose my money buying those boots, but also that I would be left with no return money, no too small boots plus the fact that I
paid for return ( almost 6f) anyway somewhow I got an email today of my return being processes. I am not sure if to buy again from the company. I think the charge for return is my biggest problem

I purchased a pair of 'Black Scott Junior School Shoes' for my 6-year-old. The shoes have shown extremely poor durability, which is frustrating given that they were intended for daily school use.

I emailed Customer Services with details and photos, and within the hour I had received a response confirming that the issue was due to a manufacturing fault. A full refund was promised "right away" and within 24hrs it had indeed been credited back on my card.

Although the shoes were a disappointment, I can't praise highly enough the customer service that I personally experienced in my correspondence with Lydia. Quick. Decisive. And respectful of my custom.
