So update they gave me my money back in…
So update they gave me my money back in site credit still feel it was u fair and that a 14 day returns policy when i explained about being out the country was unfair but is what it is they refunded my delivery charge but in all honesty will not be using the site again had they have took a view on the situation i would have more than likely ordered again but oh well

We understand that your partner was out of the country and unable to try the garment on. However, our returns policy allows 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund, and items returned after this period—but within four weeks—are eligible for a store credit. In this case, the credit was applied to your account in line with that policy.
We appreciate that this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry for any frustration caused. We do, however, need to follow our policies consistently to ensure fairness for all customers. Please know that we’ve done everything we can within those guidelines to assist you.

Disappointed with Royal Mail
I ordered a watch on 27th February and still not arrived 7th March! Hurleys have now responded to this review and I can now see that the watch was sent to Royal Mail on 2nd so it seems the fault has been with Royal Mail. I was so disappointed because it was a leaving gift for my colleague and needed it for Friday. The watch arrived this afternoon and it’s beautiful. I will change my rating now with trust pilot

After looking into your order, we can see it was placed on 28th February and dispatched on the next working day, 2nd March. Unfortunately, Royal Mail didn’t scan the parcel into their system until 7th March, which caused the unexpected delay.
