Hurayra Halal Pet Foods Recenzje

I first learned about Hurayra Halal Pet Foods when a social media post appeared on my feed. Halal food for cats? This piqued my interest. It was yet to launch so I signed up for further news.

To cut a long story short, Hurayra launched in selected branches of Morrison's and to my delight, my local branch was one so I excitedly purchased a pouch. I wanted to try it before taking the step to subscribe especially as cats are so fussy when it comes to food.

Alhamdullilah my two cats took to Hurayra straight away (and they have been raised on Royal Canin, which I was always led to believe was high quality cat food).

I am careful about what I eat and want the same for my cats. However, the importance of bringing halal into my home really hit hard when I looked into what goes into the food my cats eat.

All cat food brands add "meat derivatives" but they do not specify which meats, which is deceptive and dishonest. It means there is pork in the cat food my cats are consuming, and I am unknowingly bringing pork into my home. In addition to this, other cat foods add grains to bulk out, which is not good for a cat's health and weight.

I am now a proud subscriber to Hurayra Halal Pet Foods. The smaller packets mean the food lasts as long as it should for freshness, and it's delivered to my door.

I am patiently waiting for some healthy treats from Hurayra. Can't wait!

Nala and Noor (extremely fussy) duo absolutely love the Hurayra dry food and are both huge fans.

They're looking forward to Hurayra launching a wet cat food range.

Our cat who is a fussy eater truly relishes Hurayra Pet Foods. The good thing is you can pour homemade fresh bone broth (from beef or chicken bones without any salt, onion, garlic, oils) over Hurayra Pet foods & turn it into a wet meal. Bone-broth provides vital collagen, minerals & vitamins for good health in most animals. From age 6 all cats start to lose natural collagen that slowly deteriorates down their health & vigour. Hurayra Pet foods is honestly the best cat food out in market. So happy with the company too.

My feline BibiAnnah she's nearly 5 absolutely love these...I just wish I could have given it to her since she was a kitten..other foods out there even halal just aren't the same or faff preparing or ridiculously expensive..please do wet food too so don't have to buy others which are nowhere as good as she deserves.. waiting for the next batch now we have cat number 2 Hussain older rescue cat I'm sure he'll be into it too! Ramzaan Mubarak 🙏🏾

I’m really happy with Hurayra Halal Chicken Dry Food. All of my cats love it, which is rare because they can be quite fussy! The biggest difference I’ve seen is with my cat Chase. He was quite skinny before, but after switching to this food he has gained healthy weight and looks much better.

His fur has also become noticeably softer and shinier. It’s such a relief to find halal cat food that is both high quality and something my cats genuinely enjoy. I’ll definitely continue buying it.

I have a very fussy cat who doesn’t usually finish her food but after changing to Hurayra she’s been finishing her bowl every meal which has made her more energetic, great halal cat food

I’ve been keeping my eye on this brand of cat food since I saw an ad for it and I was really happy when I saw the products being released. I’ve only bought the dry food since that’s what was available at the time and both of my cats enjoy it which I’m glad since one of them is very picky with her food. Previously they were on non-halal cat food since it was the easiest to acquire at the time due to availability and proximity but I’m very glad to have made the switch. I also find it very cute that the kibble is heart-shaped.

I haven’t see any wet food available on the website but inshallah there’ll be some soon. And I hope that this brand will manage to start selling within superstores, making it easier for other Muslim cat owners to feed their cats the food that they deserve.

We have been looking for a long time for Halal cat food for our 3 fussy Siamese cats and have now found Hurayra. Our cats immediately liked the tuna and chicken switching from “Simply delicious”cat food so more expensive than Hurayra. When the Royal Mail made a mistake with one of our deliveries Hurayra’s customer service immediately answered my emails gave me links so Royal Mail could quickly rectify there mistake and redelivered next day. We and our cats are now subscribed customers and supports of this Halal family run business

I’ve been feeding our cat a tuna based dry cat food from a well known retailer, but she very rarely ate more than a few spoons of it. I was then having to buy and prepare separate meat for her and tinned tuna every now and then. I was sceptical at first thinking my cat just didn’t like dry food but as soon as the Hurayrah bag arrived, she gobbled up the whole bowl which we’ve honestly never seen her do in the entire year we’ve had her. She absolutely loves it, hence we’ve now subscribed and it’s made my life so much easier not having to constantly have fresh food prepped and chopped in the fridge for her. I actually think we were spending more than what the Hurayra costs. 100% worth it.

Great quality halal pet cat food which is HMC certified. The ordering and delivery process was super easy and my cat loves the food, thank you Hurayra!

First of all THANK YOU for producing the halal cat food. The relief and peace I feel, I can’t describe.

One of my cats only wants the Hurayra dry food. Please produce the wet food as well.

As a cat owner who cares deeply about what goes into my furry friend's bowl—and also appreciates ethical sourcing—discovering Hurayra Halal Cat Food was a major win. I've been feeding my cat (or sometimes cats, if you have more than one!) this kibble for a few months now, and I've been genuinely impressed.

Why I Switched to Hurayra
The main draw for me was the Halal certification. It gives me total peace of mind knowing the ingredients are sourced and processed according to the highest ethical standards. But honestly, the ethical side wouldn't matter if the food wasn't also good for my cat, and Hurayra delivers on quality, too.

What My Cat Thinks (The Real Test!)
Let's be real: the toughest critic is the cat, and mine is notoriously picky. I've wasted money on so many "premium" foods that just sit in the bowl.
The moment I poured Hurayra, I knew I was onto a winner. My cat devours it. I mean, empty bowl every time. It's high-protein and grain-free, which I love, and clearly, the flavor (I use the Chicken variety) is irresistible to him/her.

The Health Benefits I've Noticed
Beyond the "clean plate club" enthusiasm, I've noticed a couple of positive changes:
Shiny Coat: My cat's fur looks incredibly glossy and soft since we switched. I attribute this to the good levels of Omega fatty acids in the formula.
Good Digestion: There haven't been any stomach issues or upsets. The food seems very easy on his/her system.
Energy: He/She seems happy, energetic, and playful, which is all any cat parent can ask for!

My One Wish for the Future
If I could ask Hurayra for one thing, it would be to launch a wet food line! I like to offer a mix of wet and dry food, and I would love to complete the Halal diet with their wet options and maybe some treats.

The Bottom Line
If you're looking for a cat food that is ethically sourced (Halal), packed with high-quality ingredients, and passes the ultimate taste test (i.e., your cat actually eats it!), Hurayra is a fantastic choice. It's a premium product that has made a noticeable difference in my cat's health and happiness.

Love, love, love these products! One of my cats is extremely fussy when it comes to trying new brands but he completely cleaned out the bowl! We tried both the Tuna and Chicken flavours and both my cats love them even though they usually prefer wet foods. I would highly recommend this product.

Firstly, it's great to see halal certified cat food in the market. It means we know nothing like pork will be in it, which we recently found out it can be in the bigger named cat food companies, even if it's listed as Chicken flavour.

When transitioning from our cat's old food to Hurayra, he vomitted a bit more than usual, but I'm sure when he's on Hurayra fully then it'll be fine.

Can't wait until there's a bigger packets available in the new year!

Salaams thank you we now have one happy cat. It had gone off its other food possibly because it was missing the company of 2 household cats that had to be put down by the Vet due to ill health . So our poor cat may have been a bit depressed and your halal Tuna cat food made all the difference and started eating happily form the first helping. MOW MOW our cat gives you 5 Stars

I tried Hurrayra Halal Pet Food for my four cats and was genuinely pleased with how well it went. All of them enjoyed it immediately, and even Bubbles, my shy British Shorthair who usually needs ages to try anything new, finished her whole bowl without hesitation. The others loved it so much they were sniffing around the bag for more. It’s great to finally have a proper halal cat food that’s both high quality and made with real care. I’m honestly happy with everything so far and really hope the brand keeps growing this amazing idea and I’d love to see wet food, treats, and even more options in the future. Definitely worth giving it a try.

So pleased that there's finally a halal cat food in the market that I can not only get online but if I need some extra, I can nip to Morrison and grab a bag. I'm looking forward to buying the wet food when it launches as I'm pretty sure all 6 of my cats will like that 😊.

I wanted to buy this because it’s halal, but honestly the company isn’t transparent at all.

They couldn’t even give me a full ingredient list for the chicken wet food. That’s a big red flag.

Just because something says “halal” doesn’t mean it’s good for your cat.

The tuna food they showed me was full of starches (tapioca, peas, sweet potato) and hardly any real meat.

Cats are obligate carnivores - too many carbs can lead to weight gain and even diabetes over time.

Feels like they’re using “halal” as a selling point without caring what your cat is actually digesting.

I wouldn’t recommend it unless your cat wants diabetes.

This is a response to the reply from the company below:

Thank you for responding. I want to clarify the situation, because there seems to be some misunderstanding.

When I originally contacted your team, I was shown two flavours — tuna and chicken — and I genuinely assumed they were wet food at the time. That part was my mistake, and I’m happy to acknowledge it now that you have clarified they were dry food.

However, regarding the ingredient lists, I stand by everything I said.
I specifically requested the full ingredients for both the tuna and the chicken flavours.
I was only given the tuna ingredient list, and even that included a high amount of starchy fillers. When I asked again for the chicken ingredient list, I was told that it was not available.
That lack of transparency is exactly what my review referred to.

Your website also does not provide full ingredient lists, which is unusual for any pet food brand — halal or otherwise. Transparency is essential for pet owners, especially those trying to choose the safest, healthiest option for their animals.

For the record, I have not purchased the food, precisely because after researching the tuna list that was provided to me, I was not comfortable with the ingredients. As an animal lover, my intention was simply to highlight concerns and push for clarity.

Nothing I wrote was slander.
Slander means lying, and everything I stated is factual based on my direct interaction with your team.

The comment in your reply asking “May Allah forgive your slandering” felt unnecessarily hostile and unfair. My review was never meant to attack your company — only to ask for transparency so we can make informed decisions about what we feed our pets.

I hope this clears up the situation.

My two fussy cats love this food. The subscription service with delivery costs discounted makes it a convenient way to ensure I don’t run out.

My cat loved the chicken and beef dry food. And the fact that is Halal is a bonus. Because he had only been eating fish food for 2 years. I am waiting for you to start doing the wet food too In Shaa Allah.
