Ordered a mixture of different packets of crisps for my boyfriends birthday and they sent 2 that were out of date, and 3 others that went out of date the following week. Annoyingly I like to be organised and had bought these 3 weeks in advance, so almost half of my order would have been out of date by the time my boyfriends birthday rolled around.

Contacted customer service to see if they could send any replacements and never got a response. The box it was delivered in also smelled disgusting.

I’ve ordered twice now from this store and delighted with their service. On this latest occasion, I submitted my order in the evening and it arrived the following afternoon, everything present and correct and very well packed. They carry an extensive range of products, many of which I can’t find in our local oriental store and the prices seem very fair. I will continue to use them and have no hesitation in recommending

After a bad experience with a London-based Brazilian shop, I was very cautious when ordering online again. But this Asian shop really impressed me. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and I appreciated the free delivery on orders over £60. Almost everything I wanted was in stock, and there were no unwanted substitutions or missing items, which is rare these days.
The box arrived well packed and secure, with everything in perfect condition. I’m genuinely happy with the service and will definitely order again. Highly recommended
