Ordered a 30th Wedding Anniversary card…
Ordered a 30th Wedding Anniversary card for my wife from Hunts England, but unfortunately what's just arrived is a 'Happy 80th Birthday to a Special Friend' card - presumably someone else has been sent my card?
Also worth noting that the card that I have received is incredibly low quality - worthy of a Pound Shop discount bin.

We’re very sorry for the mistake with your order. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we dispatched a replacement by upgraded tracked delivery, issued you a full refund, and included a gift card as an apology.

Unfortunately A Disappointing outcome for our first order.
Unfortunately most of our order couldn’t be fulfilled which was disappointing as I had specially chosen the packs of gift wrap and tags for our 10 year old grandson and had requested it be sent to his address to wrap a gift we had sent him and it was then too late to rectify the situation.
This was frustrating , but
I was informed the last packs of the paper were damaged and therefore not able to be sent out and a refund was issued promptly.
