Always prompt and helpful in responding to queries. Delivery is always within advised time-frame.

Unreliable delivery. I ordered from an Irish company to support local business but delivery is awful. 3 to 5 day delivery is completely false and I'm left without equipment that I was relying on for work.

Go to Amazon instead where you can rely on delivery.

There was a problem with the shelf life of a product but Huntoffice sorted it out in one email to my complete satisfaction.

Trusted company. Despite the inconvenience, absolutely not HuntOffice's fault, everything was brought to a happy ending. Had an issue with some technical issues with some printers that were supplied by HuntOffice.

I had an issue with a missing case on an orbital sander i ordered from HuntOffice. While the issue was due to an error on the advert, the HuntOffice staff was super fast and responsive in resolving this issue and sending a new case free of charge.
This was my first experience dealing with HuntOffice and would highly recommend.

I couldn't ask for a better Customer experience from Hunt Office. I was contacted by Sarah that my items were out of stock and going EOL, she gave me a recommendation which I really appreciated. I also ran into card issues and again the team followed up.
