We where treated very well by everyone at this dealership in particular the receptionist and Richard Stockwell who dealt with our purchase, it was a pain free experience. The best car dealership we have used.

After a month I used the car the liquor of back bumper started piling off. Year later in April I had a service of oil and filter change (was included) and I thought all is fine, but in 2 months my engine broke down... In my friend garage the car has been fixed and I've been told that the car was involved in collision. Front right wing is slightly different colour and also liquor is pilling off as on back bumper. The right door isn't one level with the wing. They have sold the car involved in collection but they kept quiet and overcharged me. Also oil and filter they used during the service is very poor quality. I'm going to see a legal advise as I had to spend around £4000 to get car back to the road.

First class service took the stress out of buying a car.

After purchasing a second hand van last week I had a problem with the EV system. I spoke to Soren for technical advise and he was brilliant, he sorted out the issue and was constantly in contact with me to make sure all was okay.

I had a great experience at Humphries and Parks when I bought my Kia Niro.
Richard was very helpful and patient and we feel we got a good deal on the car.
The only reason I haven't scored 5 is that he said he was going to 'fill up' the car before we took it away, but I realised the following day that I only had 97 miles left in the tank after only driving the 27 miles home from the garage! So the tank couldn't have been full at all.....I'm not quite sure why he would have said that and not done it!

Well what can I say about my car buying experience with this company, will start by saying absolutely 1st class, from start to finish. From the day of setting foot in the door with an issue with my previous vehicle, to signing on the dotted line and handover of keys on the new one,absolutely superb. At key stages of the purchase, arrival and fitting of exterior toys, there was a video. When the vehicle was ready another video. Totally different experience to the previous vehicle with adifferent dealership. I cannot praise the attention to detail and customer focused service enough at Humphries and Parks.....a family Run business. Huge thanks to all involved for puling out the stops to get the car I wanted. To Josh for the hand holding in the early stages and to Sam for an amazing handover. I am a happy customer. Thank you.

Great experience throughout. Low pressure sale and demonstration. I paid a deposit and then had some further questions before collecting, which they answered swiftly by email. Car all clean and validated and collection experience was great. All paperwork prepared and even a complimentary gift. Came with six months warranty and two free basic services. I don't think used car buying gets any better.

I was totally surprised by my buying experience the process from start to finish was highly professional and i never felt pressured at any time .when i arrived to view the car their was a couple of very minor niggley bits instantly the salesman stepped up and assured me these things would all be corrected before collection and true to his word they was .Richard stockwell was the salesman and was completely professional throughout and had a great knowledge of the the product he was selling he is a great ambassador for his company i will definitely return for my next vehicle.
