I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve ordered to the UK twice, keeping each order under £135 to avoid additional import charges, and delivery was free. Both orders arrived within around two weeks.

The shorts are excellent, I haven’t found anything else with the same cut. The hoodie is also brilliant: thick, modern-fitting, and the hood actually stays up. The tops are good too, although the designs are more generic. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would happily order again

Very disappointed with this brand; my partner bought me a top from this site, but we never received it and never got a refund! I strongly advise against it.

Awful awful quality. I ended up buying the Ghana jersey, paid $100 CAD. Expected $100 quality. The jersey was just a very pixilated photo of the kente pattern. It’s so bad there’s no way I’m wearing. I looked at the refund policy and of course you can return things they were on presale??? But everything is presale. Very scummy.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with HBM.
I placed and paid for my order on 24 June. More than three weeks later, I still had not received my parcel.
After contacting customer service, I was simply told that my order had been fulfilled but had not yet been collected by the courier. The tracking number they provided showed no movement whatsoever.
What disappointed me most was the complete lack of proactive communication. Had I not contacted customer service myself, I would never have received any information about the status of my order.
I have now been forced to send a formal notice, set a legal deadline for a resolution, and refer the matter to my legal expenses insurance. It is unfortunate that such measures are necessary for a straightforward online purchase.
Delays can happen, but a professional company should keep its customers informed and offer a prompt solution. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Human by Nature.
At the time of writing, I cannot recommend this company. I sincerely hope they improve both their order management and their customer service.

Vorsicht: Betrug! Ich bestellte eine Hose, die leider nie bei mir angekommen ist.
Laut DHL war eine Zustellung nicht möglich, also bat ich unmittelbar um eine neue Zustellung. DHL schickte die Sendung zurück an den Absender.
Ich wandte mich an den Absender und man teilte mir mit, dass eine erneute Zustellung/ ein erneuter Versand nicht möglich ist. Man teilte mir außerdem mit, dass eine Rückerstattung ebenfalls nicht möglich ist, und das obwohl ich die Ware nicht erhalten habe.
Also Finger weg von dieser Betrugsfirma aus China, wenn Ihr nicht einfach für Nix Geld ausgeben wollt, Geld weg und keine Ware erhalten.

I bought a pair of blue shorts, the ones heavily advertised. Terrible experience.
Overall, the fabric looks and feels cheap, the patch on the shorts has a number seven and a sign saying "Tokyo Athletic Club" printed in a low resolution. I feel scammed. Quality is extremely low compared to the price point. I would not suggest you to buy from them.

Vêtements très chère et de très mauvaise qualité. Le logo sur mon short de sport part des le premier lavage. À fuir !

Absolute Scam-Seite – Finger weg!

Ich habe am 2. Mai eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Ausschlaggebend für meinen Kauf war unter anderem die auf der Website angegebene Lieferzeit von etwa 5–8 Tagen.

Nachdem nach zwei Wochen noch keinerlei Versand erfolgt war und ich in der "Shop"-App sehen konnte, dass die Bestellung noch nicht einmal verschickt wurde, habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Die Bestellung war als Geschenk gedacht, weshalb die Lieferzeit für mich besonders wichtig war.

Erst scheint erneutenm Nachfragen eine Woche darauf erhielt ich eine Antwort. Man entschuldigte sich für die Verzögerung, versprach, den Fall zu prüfen, und erstattete mir die Versandkosten. Außerdem wurde mir zugesichert, dass ich am nächsten Tag weitere Informationen zur Lieferung erhalten würde.

Diese Informationen kamen jedoch nie.

Nach einer ein paar weiteren Tagen fragte ich erneut nach dem Status meiner Bestellung. Wieder erhielt ich keine Antwort. Einige Tage später versuchte ich es erneut. Daraufhin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Sendung bereits am 6. Mai verschickt worden sei und ich eigentlich eine E-Mail von SF Express erhalten haben sollte. Diese E-Mail habe ich jedoch nie bekommen.

Die zugesandte Trackingnummer habe ich überprüft. Laut Sendungsverfolgung wurde das Paket am 6. Mai aus China verschickt und erreichte am 12. Mai die USA. Danach gab es keine nachvollziehbaren Updates mehr. In meiner Tracking-App stand weiterhin lediglich „Wartet auf Details“.
Komisch, weil ich ja am 22.05. erst eine email von Support bekommen habe mit der Rückerstattung der Versandkosten + dass sie den Versand prüfen.

Diese Informationen habe ich dem Kundenservice mehrfach mitgeteilt und um Klärung gebeten. Auf keine meiner weiteren Nachrichten erhielt ich eine Antwort.

Zusätzlich habe ich versucht, über PayPal eine Rückerstattung zu beantragen. Das war jedoch nicht möglich, da die bereits erstatteten Versandkosten offenbar als vollständige Rückerstattung gewertet wurden.

Fazit: Schlechte Kommunikation, irreführende Lieferangaben und ein Kundenservice, der auf berechtigte Nachfragen kaum oder gar nicht reagiert. Bis heute habe ich weder meine Bestellung erhalten noch eine vernünftige Auskunft zum Verbleib der Sendung bekommen.

Ich kann von einer Bestellung bei diesem Shop nur abraten. Für mich wirkt das Ganze äußerst unseriös.

Dropshipping Firma (Umtausch nur möglich wenn man die Kosten selber trägt). Versand dann natürlich nach China. Kosten mit Sendungsverfolgung ca. 30€. Qualität dabei nicht mal so gut.

Also lieber überlegen ob man bestellt.

Leider ist meine Bestellung ein Kleider Reinfall. Die Lieferung hat wie zu erwarten lange gedauert, da dazwischen Luna New Year lag und die Ware aus China kommt. Der Kundenservice hatte sich aber auf Nachfrage bei mir gemeldet, was ich positiv fand. Dennoch sollte man rechtzeitig bestellen, falls es z.B. ein Geburtstagsgeschenk sein soll.
Die Qualität war ernüchternd. Die Shorts war voller loser Fäden sah aber ganz Oke aus. Der Hoodie war erst vielversprechend, da er Recht schwer und angenehm gefüttert ist aber leider hat nach dem ersten Waschgang einiges an Farbe verloren. Außerdem gibt es keine Option auf Retoure o.ä. daher hab ich mir die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice gespart und werde den Hoodie selbst nochmal einfärben.

Fazit: lange Lieferzeit, Kundenservice naja aber das Geld ist es definitiv nicht Wert. Die Qualität stimmt dafür leider überhaupt nicht.

I ordered and paid for three items from this online shop. On January 6th, I received a notification that the ordered items had been delivered. However, I only received two pairs of shorts. I immediately informed the shop that the shipment was incomplete! They then told me that the missing item would be delivered later, as it was a "pre-order" item. A month later, I reminded them that the missing item still hadn't arrived. Suddenly, they denied any knowledge of the missing item and insisted that the entire order had been delivered. As proof, customer service sent me a receipt for my full payment... presumably as proof that the items had been delivered... how ridiculous is that!

WARNING: This shop is disreputable and unreliable. The customer service's behavior is outrageous.

Got the hoodie a jersey and some running shorts, only the hoodie was any good the others felt cheap and obviously extremely overpriced

Massive scam. Do not buy from them I ordered some pieces and after a month of waiting still had not received them, or any information on why they were delayed. I contacted them through multiple channels (email, their website and instagram) and received no response. I finally began commenting on their posts saying I had not received the order. They deleted my comments multiple times until they finally replied to my dm. Then they shipped the order. It came and both pieces are terrible quality. Worse than adidas pieces that cost half the price.

I bought two jerseys during Black Friday 2025. Ordered December 17, no ship date. Two weeks later, no updates. 20 days from order date I got a note that my order was refunded. Absolutely zero communications, just three emails, ordered, thank you, refunded. At the 9th day from that email, still waiting for it. Hopefully it comes through.

Never received my order. Company never replied to emails. Finally got in touch by Instagram but only got a response every couple of weeks. Told me there was a customs issue even though the shipping company said otherwise. Still haven't received the order 10 weeks later.

A shirt was missing from my order, a problem with dealership. I contacted via Instagram DMs and they responded, the issue made it so the shirt arrived a month late, but they took care of me at all times, which shows they care about customers. As for the items, they are TOP in terms of design and pretty good quality.

I wouldn't recommend this store. Sent me the wrong item. Inquired about sending back to get the correct item. Assured it would be taken care of then no contact. I have still not received the correct item. Very disappointing.

Very quick to reply both via email and social media, quickly took care of my issue and was fully resolved including refund within 48 hours. I see some negative reviews here but want to assure potential customers I didn't have any problems.
Specifically, my issue was that an order I needed cancelled. Will definitely shop with them in the future and appreciate the quick reply time

ordered a top, it never arrived. I emailed after 2 weeks - ignored. Follow-up emails also ignored.
Definitely a scam! Now having to sort through my bank as they are just fully ignoring me.
