Ordered some parts nearly 2 weeks ago.
Since then I've received 1 piece of tracking information on the day I ordered.
Since then, nothing, despite asking.
Wish I'd never ordered anything from this company, poor service, if I could give zero stars I would.
Unbelievable.
Regarding the response below.
I've sent you 2 emails and 1 today. No response! I've explained in the email if I don't get an update on the tracking/ delivery by the 20th June this week I'll expect and want a full refund. You seem keen to respond to negative reviews but not so keen in responding to actual customer emails.

I've had an update on the tracking and Huma have emailed me asking me to remove this review.
Absolutely not.
People need to be made aware as much as possible of such a poor delivery service, Huma no it's poor but it's convenient for them shipping stuff in bulk and making you wait and then making out it's your fault because of the shipping you choose.
Never again.

De beste man snapt blijkbaar niet dat je als consument14 dagen het recht hebt om iets terug te sturen,Ok al heb jezelf het verkeerde stukje besteld.
Laatste keer dat ik daar iets besteld heb😏

Delivery should consider express mail parcel or postal service for the smaller parts....the road transportation model to other European countries is very long.
Even Temu/Amazon/Ebay uses express mail or postal delivery!!!

Material arrived at the warehouse which is 20km from the final destination on February 28th. The registration number is missing and the product cannot be delivered by GLS before 5th march.

First and last time using huma air .First I had to pay import taxes to receive my order and then huma air only refunded part of what I had to pay and second I purchased parts to fit a fx impact m3 which were clearly advertised to fit a m3 but apparently this is not the case I should of brought parts for a mk2 to put on my m3 this should be put more clearly in your descriptions to save errors on orders

Great customer service, how it should be. In particular Marc, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

after a delivery problem and a return of a defective product, Huma-air listened and 1 month later everything was back to normal, I recommend this serious and competent company

huma air customer service is absolute great! questions get promptly answered and the build in whatsapp funktion makes communicating easy as pie. orders getting packed and shipped super fast. I'm looking forward to receive my oder. i will order again.

The Huma Air dual transfer Port .35 caliber Kit Absolutely gave me no difference From the stock kit that was on the barrel kit Originally , foot's per second were exactly the same the energy level was the same and the accuracy was the same,It was a complete waste of money Thinking that this was going to Better anything On my 35 caliber Barrel kit for my FX mk 2 And I left a review of the same nature on their website and they cherry-picked It out immediately ,So don't think That you're seeing all the bad with this company through their websites Reviews and they seem to be more interested and their reputation through reviews than they are with their customer satisfaction. :-(

Cannot praise this company enough bought some items and had issues with them , they were replaced right away and dispatched as I send faulty items back
I dealt with a guy there called Nick was very helpful and communicative via WhatsApp and even called to see if he could be further assistance

Édit : quelques jours plus tard, j'ai rencontré un problème avec le produit acheté, que j'ai donc renvoyé. Marc, le technicien, a été absolument génial. Il a pris le temps de répondre à mes questions tous les jours, m'a envoyé des photos de ce qu'il faisait, a toujours été patient et disponible... Franchement, c'est la première fois que je rencontre un service client de cette qualité en 31 ans de vie. Merci beaucoup à vous, vous êtes géniaux.

Just placed my third order with this company. And they always had great service and products. Speedy service and shipping. I will return to them when I need more equipment.
