This review is beyond overdue! I ordered the buffalo(bison) Crystal decanter back in February for my husband as an anniversary gift and Mark was extremely helpful and provided me with incredible service!! He promptly answered ALL of my messages lol and MADE SURE that I had my CUSTOMIZED item to gift to my husband on time!! He went above and beyond and my husband absolutely loved his gift! Flaws in glass
I ordered four rocks glasses. Three of the glasses have many visible flaws in the glass bottoms. I expected better quality.

Unique designs
Looked for a unique map design for wineglasses. Found exactly what I was looking for with a discount coupon they offered me as a new customer. That is good customer service! Got the glasses in a reasonable amount of time & my son in law loved them.
