Update: After I shared this, customer service was very helpful and understood the issue. Thank you!
Update again: Waited over a week for shipping info for the light and still haven't received it. Thanks for at least offering a replacement for it but not great if I don't get it. I have contractors waiting for this.

Do not buy anything from this website
Do not buy anything from this website. It is a scam. I ordered about $600 worth of lighting. The website stated that orders would dispatch within 2-5 business days. There was also a notice at the top stating that orders placed in February 2026 would start shipping out in early March 2026 due to production cycles. After the expected dispatch time has lapsed, I still did not receive any updates. I reached out Customer Service and was told that the order would ship mid to end of March and that this was stated on the website. (This is a lie, it was only during this email that the mention shipment times would be delayed). I initiated a refund via Paypal. After waiting about 2 weeks, Paypal closed the case in my favour. However, since I paid with an international card, I ended up losing money out of pocket by almost $10 due to currency exchange differences. It's not a large amount but it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth when you get charged for getting stuffed around and end up with nothing at the end of it all.

Beautiful light for dining room
We love our light, it is perfect for the space and the quality is great. There was a hiccup with our light being stuck at customs and the team were on it straight away and sent out a replacement. They’ve been awesome.

Great customer service
I recently purchased the Hailie pendant from Hugbel, and it looks even better in person than it does online. Unfortunately, the glass broke while I was installing the bulb. I reached out to their team, and they were incredibly helpful, offering a replacement right away. Truly excellent customer service!

Not great, but I did eventually get a refund
I ordered 2 light fittings of the same style, but different colours (wanted to see how they looked before buying 4 for kitchen renovation). Their specs said 30 cm diameter, but they were actually 20 cm. After contacting them (and leaving a 1 star review), it took a few emails before being told that actually the 30 cm diameter spec only applied to one of the four different styles (it didn't mention that on the website).
As of today, the refund has appeared in my account (and the funds have cleared).
So I have changed my review to 2 stars.
The postage was slow, with no updates. Which doesn't bother me too much.
I've given them one star for the quality - the lights were AUD 275 each. I've been renovating an old house for a year now, so I have a pretty good feel for the cost of things now. And for that kinda money, you should be getting something pretty nice. But these? You might think they were a good deal if you picked them up at Cheap as Chips for 15 bucks.
And I've given them another star for the refund.
I'm sure that they must have some nice stuff, or they'd go out of business.
But I would highly recommend that you do your research before buying. Find a review of the exact light you're looking at, if possible.
For example, the ones I got were Industrial Vintage Iron Modern Pendant Light. In green, and grey. At this moment, they are on "sale" for AUD 289.90. But you'd feel ripped off if you paid more than 20 for them.
So be cautious.
