I ordered a gift card online. The online system is easy to use and the gift card arrived very quickly, in a lovely card complete with a hand written note for the recipient. Excellent service and mum can't wait to come and use her voucher!

I ordered a gift card to go with a treasure trail experience in Burford. An added treat for an impossible to buy for male's christmas present. Free postage and the gift card arrived the next day! Thank you Huffkins for great service, fingers crossed they like it!

We were in Witney seeing a friend. They recommend Huffkins as the place to go. We were for one Afternoon Tea and one Cream Tea. We arrived at 3.30pm and sat down and waited but were not seen to by anyone despite signalling both the waitress and the man behind the counter ?
Eventually I went up to the counter to ask what was going on. I was told that as it was now 3.45pm an Afternoon Tea was out of the question as they stopped making sandwiches at lunchtime ? The man said he whorled check with the kitchen if a Cream Tea would be possible at this time as they stopped making establishment was closing at 4pm. When he came back he said it would be possible if we hurried. The Afternoon Tea was some £23 and the Cream Tea some £10 . I thought the lack of service for what would have been a £30 tea was well below my expectations of Huffkins. The staff were uninterested. There were several tables uncleared when we arrived at 3.30pm that we still awaiting clearing at 3.50pm when we left. We decided we didn’t want to hurry the offered Cream Tea and went up the high street and had a relaxing Cream Tea in a different establishment that was very nice even though they didn’t offer Afternoon Tea.
Would not recommend Huffkins in Witney

Arrived in excellent condition so fresh, packaging was very good, tasted delicious.

Cream tea delivered to my mother on her birthday. Excellent service and much appreciated.

The only thing stopping me giving you 5 stars is that I had difficulty getting online to you. Apart from that everything went very smoothly. I will certainly use you again.

Really goosd customer service.

Delivery was on time and the scones and cake were deliciously fresh and soft.

The goods were a gift to my sister who is a carer and hardly goes out of the house now.The parcel ended up at the back door of one of my sister's neighbours. It had been out all night and was soaked. The goods inside were OK as they were wrapped in some paper which saved the day. The bakery was very generous in offering my sister a replacement. I didn't take them up on the offer because it would have been the same carriers!

Parcel was late because it was sent back by courier due to damage. Excellent service from Huffkins who resent it with some small but welcome freebies which arrived within a day. Cakes are absolutely delicious too especially the carrot cake. Great company, great service and great products.

Ordered pasties for lunch and crisps were warmer than the pasty

The delivery by DPD was appalling, late and no response from Huffkins when I complained about it! No customer service what so ever!

We have tried many ginger cakes and this is by far the best.

This was a gift and the person was out when DHL attempted to deliver but it was available for collection next day at my friend's local Post Office. All was well and the lardy cake was well received.

Arrived extremely quickly. Very impressed with packaging. However two packs of lardy cakes were a bit soggy. Maybe wrapped whilst still warm, and they were more like Chelsea buns than lardy cakes. The ones that were ok did taste nice though and good that they are vegan.

Quick delivery couldn't wait to try the lardy cakes 10/10

I visited Huffkins located in John Lewis in Oxford Street with my sister and her 2 year old. We had the Classic Afternoon Tea. I would have to say we were quite underwhelmed with what we were served with. The clotted cream was out of a packet and jam in a jar. We had a selection of cold sandwiches and cakes that were quite mediocre.

I would like to say the staff were very friendly and attentive. There was a pleasant atmosphere, chill music and nice decor.

I would go back for tea or coffee however I wouldn’t recommend it for an occasion you may be celebrating such as a birthday.
