HSL Chairs - Henley on Thames Recenzje

Tony provide an excellent service.
He explained and demonstrated the chairs very well and provided a great customer experience

The staff at the Henley were very helpful and at no point did we feel that we were being pushed into a decision that we would not want. We bought a bed and we were clear that it met all of our requirements.

Tony was extremely helpful and helped us choose a settee to match the 2 motorised chairs we bought from you 3 years ago.

Knowledge of and care of sales assistant.

Tony was amazing and so helpful

Helpful staff. good product display and comprehensive product range.

From the moment we walked into the shop we were treated as important guests. Once we had explained our issue the help and expertise came to the fore.
The knowledge of the chair options available was beyond fault and the time taken to explain each variant was exceptional. Great service

The staff were very helpful and friendly and went through various options for our requirements

Fantastic service in store by Tony and Caroline (Henley). Unfortunately the chair wasn’t delivered when promised and this was disappointing as we’d chosen HSL and their express service due to the needs of our elderly father.

We were made welcome. I tried lots of furniture without being rushed. I got good advice to help me to choose.

We were greeted by all members of staff. Katherine was our assistant who listened to our needs she was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were not rushed even though there were more customers coming g into the shop, and staff were busy, we had time to have a private chat over a cup of tea before making a decision. We are vey happy so far and look forward to our furniture..

We were treated wonderfully. Given loads of time to choose and even given time to change our minds!!!! Thank you so much attention and all with humour

The staff were very helpful and professional didn’t rush us we could that our time ask questions nothing was too much trouble for them

Our chair arrived exactly on time on monday and is just what we wanted. So, many thanks to George in the Henley showroom for patiently guiding us through the options. ensuring that we chose the right chair. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. We'd recommend HSL to anybody who's looking for their special chair, sofa or bed.

Antony was very informative and listen to mum who is 87 years old and has a stroke, he went through all the chairs available and advised us with the best possible one

Very relaxing atmosphere, informative and nothing too much trouble. We came away very impressed and happy with our purchase an look forward to receiving it.

Visited Henley showroom, greeted by Tony who was immediately friendly, helpful and charming. No pressure to make a quick decision - given the time to wander freely and find what suited us. Spent a good 40 minutes sitting on various chairs & sofas with our 8 year old granddaughter & left with plenty of things to mull over at home.
Returned a week later and made final decision on sofa & fabric with Tony’s assistance. Took a fabric sample home & found it did not suit after all. Returned the same day and changed the fabric choice. Tony couldn’t have been more patient and helpful. Now we are eagerly awaiting our delivery.

Fab throughout. From thoughtful telephone ordering service to helpful, considerate and careful construction demo and delivery by Chris.
Quick, too. Thanks!

The staff were excellent. They were very knowledgable and helpful. Seeing the chair was useful too.

The salesperson was so knowledgeable and helpful. There was no heavy sales talk and we were encouraged to spend as much time as we liked sitting in potential chairs before deciding whether to buy one- which we did.
