You purchased an item that clearly said tax excluded and then when you imported it your country, Italy, applied import costs, not sure what we did wrong there. In regard to "drop shipping", you where told the eta for this straight after ordering and never spoke on an issue until this review. You ordered a pre order item hence the delay and you where fully aware of that. The item was delivered and signed for with an image of the open doorway, then 11 days later you said it had a scratch on it, I'm afraid as our policy states items received in non perfect condition have to be reported within 24 hours for obvious reasons. This has nothing to do with a return policy. Calling us unprofessional and unhelpful because we refused to take a watch back 11 days after receipt for a scratch that was now on it is very very unfair. Item said "ORDER NOW, DELIVERY DATE TBC", we then emailed you after your purchase to confirm that in case you missed it. You disputed this so we then sent you images to prove it and you chose to still believe you are correct and got rude with us so we told you we where cancelling your order as we are not here to be spoken to in such a manner when the issue is clearly your mistake. Top marks for rewriting facts thou.

I think hidden is a bit misleading, the charges are being charged by the country you live in when you import an item, we have zero control and involvement in this, the monies requested go to your countries government. We assume that a resident of a country is aware of there countries import rules and procedures when they decide to import an item, every country is different. Perhaps your negative review should be targeted at your government ?

Your item is with the brand being repaired under warranty, the second time is for a different reason to the first time, you are totally aware of this, we have no control over the speed the brand works at to resolve any issues under warranty and they often need to order parts from the factory to resolve an issue which can add time, for reference we are only talking a few weeks since you sent it in. You have repeatedly been offensive and accusing to us, just look at this unfair and inaccurate review, we told you to stop it or we would not respond to your messages as we are not here to be abused especially when we are working to resolve your issues and have done nothing wrong.

21st February to 19 April ( today ) is less than 2 months, not sure where nearly 3 months is coming from ?

It was on the opposite side of the item, so not the same fault, we have sold hundreds of this design with no issue, unfortunately you have experienced it twice in different places for some reason.

Since your original review you have been told they are replacing the item for you, something in our experience rarely happens from a brand, i thought you had replied to the review to reflect that fact but i was clearly mistaken.

When your replacement arrives we will send it to you.

Note we have zero control over how long a brand takes to resolve a warranty claim or indeed how they choose to resolve it.

You are dealing direct with the brand now not us, please refer your reviews to them now.

For clarity they have repaired the issue on each side for 2 different issues at different times under warranty which is there legal right to do. You then claimed they damaged your item during the second repair and they told you to send it back to them to resolve which they did, you then said there was an issue with this repair and they have again asked you to return it to them which you are yet to do. They will only fit there original parts so not sure why you believe they are fitting inferior parts.

We would also like to state that we have never had any issues with Timex's repair centre previously.

Also like to state that a refund has never been offered, they will resolve issues under the warranty

You are not stating facts, Timex have sent you a collection at there cost request, you say you have not heard from them.

The brand is happy and willing to fulfil there legal requirement to resole your issue, you basically only want a refund and that is not being offered hence you constant revisions and emails and allegations that are not correct.

We have stated to you your choices are repair to be resolved at there expense or leave the item as it is, it's your choice but a refund is not an option.

So we are not ignoring you at all but we will also not change the procedure above which isn't even down to us but the brands policy, like nearly all brands in these circumstances.
