I still haven't received answers to the…

I still haven't received answers to the following questions I've asked since 2018 regarding the complaints and grievances I've experienced. I will continue to ask these questions because my grievances have not been resolved and are continuing to grow.
- If a withdrawal decision is made for a Premier customer in one country within the HSBC group's member countries, is the HSBC country in the other countries automatically obligated to implement the withdrawal decision? Does this practice make sense?
- HSBC Greece (HSBC Greece closed last year) stated to my face that it would notify my group of the withdrawal decision. Do you, as HSBC Turkey, have the right to resist or refuse to implement this withdrawal decision?
- Isn't it against local banking regulations to apply an international withdrawal decision to your Premier customers in Türkiye, thereby restricting their ADC channels and accounts; forcing customers to withdraw their account balances by requiring them to receive service only in branches (using mobbing); and threatening them with security if they don't leave the customer representative room at the Şişli branch? No other bank in Türkiye has such practices, and this is against legislation.
- Which other bank in Türkiye has, or is still, issuing restrictions to its customers' accounts under the pretext of "reviewing efficiency," restricting ADC channels and accounts, and forcing them to withdraw balances only from branches? How is this possible? I've been working with banks for 30 years. I've never seen or heard of such a practice in banks in Turkey. I've only seen it at HSBC. This practice has no legal basis.
- I was a Premier customer at HSBC Türkiye, and under the circumstances of the time, I had a substantial portfolio at the bank. The bank granted me a Premier account. Between 2018 and 2022, the bank only offered me time/demand accounts for deposits and withdrawals, use of ADC channels, and debit card services; it didn't offer loan/investment products that would increase the bank's efficiency. So, how could Premier consider the customer-bank efficiency to be inadequate? It's incomprehensible. I believe the bank should have first recognized the inefficiency stemming from its own inadequate services. Why didn't or couldn't it do this? Why can the HSBC group, acting collectively around the world under the guise of shared principles and vision, make exit decisions, violate local regulations, and then terminate its customers and restrict their accounts? Isn't this contrary to local regulations in the countries where it operates?
My purpose here isn't to disparage the bank; I wanted to share with everyone the unexpected events, problems, and hardships I experienced after being a Premier customer for five years. My accounts are still held statically at the bank. If you don't want your accounts and alternative distribution channels to be restricted under the guise of a shared principle and vision adopted by a bank from an international group, if you don't want your accounts to be blocked, if you don't want to be dismissed, and if you don't want to be subjected to such an explanation, claiming it's an internal procedure without being provided with the details of the dismissal decision, if you don't want to be unable to conduct online or online banking transactions related to your existing (Premier) accounts at the bank, if you don't want to be dismissed suddenly and portrayed as a productivity review, if you don't want to be directed to the branch, subjected to transaction restrictions, and harassment at the branch. If you don't want to be dismissed from the branches, just as I was from the Sisli branch. If you want to see better banking services and more efficient customer service, I suggest you think twice about working with HSBC.
I went to the central branch of this bank in Sisli again ont he 26th september, but the bank didnt allow me to deposit my money in my accounts .it seems that the bank continue to confiscate and block my accounts baselessly..The bank still continue to send monthly deposit statements to me ..The colonial banking...

I'm going to sue HSBC for all the damages and losses they've caused me over the years with the credit agencies Equifax and Transunion, since enough time has
for them to delete the negative report that remains with
those two agencies... Since you've already removed it with the Experian agency... I'm going to sue you before the Ombudsman for still removing the negative report from Equifax and Transunion...

Here I send you how HSBC removes the negative credit report from Experian and how it currently continues to be maintained in Equifax and Transunion so you can see how HSBC abuses its former customers while still having incorrect credit information in Equifax and Transunion...!!!!

140 euro transfer, 30 euros fee?!

140 euro transfer, even the company who does the transfer charged me for 4 euros. (wise.com) And Hsbc in Turkey, charges me 30 euros for receiving money. LAST DEFINITLY LAST TIME. This is why internet banks will take your place and you wont be missed.

...just a great bank!

I am HSBC customer for almost two decades. Before I though that they are an ordinary bank – just like any other till… I have the chance to work and compare HSBC with other banks abroad. Now I realize that HSBC is simply the best bank I have ever worked with. For me is still hard to believe and I am still shocked that most of western banks are decades behind HSBC Turkey, at least in personal banking and services. PS. I am aware that a bank's "mentality" and its services could differ from country to country so my review is just for HSBC Turkey.
