The battery does not charge fully. It has been on the charger for 4 hours and still only 57% charged.

Non-Delivery. I ordered a Dell battery 2 weeks ago. An email came midnight saying battery had been delivered but nothing at my door. I was right here in bed at nighttime, there was no delivery. Bloody scam site.

A few glitches.
Dispatch a bit slow. No instructions on the included user manual or elsewhere in package, but located method on YouTube. Battery fits but needed a little coercion to line screw holes up.
Battery connector cable is about 12mm longer than original, therefore an extra kink needed in the wires to get it level with the battery so that the laptop back can sit down fully. Working OK so I guess the end result is positive.

A good result in the end
Received battery today. It came well packed and supplied with a phillips and torx screwdriver. The phillips opened the case fine. The screws retaining the battery were Phillips as well, but too small for the M1.2 screws. Luckily I had a screwdriver that fitted and the replacement was straightforward. It would have been nice if the battery also came with a spudger for opening the case. Happy with the end result.
