The staff had constant communication with me, they reassured me constantly throughout that any updates with my case I would be notified. It was a worrying process for me as the other party’s insurer wasn’t as quick with responses towards them, however they did not mind me ringing and asking for an update. They also broke down the process very well for me to help me understand as it was my first time being in anything like this. The communication between Michael and Jenna was great as I had the pleasure of them both!
