PASSEIO OFERECIDO SOMENTE NESTA AGENCIA, NAO EXISTE ESTA NAVEGAÇÃO TODOS OS GLACIARES COM OPÇÃO DE PERITO MORENO COM PASSARELAS EM OUTRA AGENCIA

Schlecht organisiert und an Tag 1 Abfahrt erst kurz vor 14 Uhr (4,5h im Büro der lokalen Agentur gewartet). Das Programm an Tag 1 (Monkey Island) als letzte Gruppe kurz vor Dämmerung besucht - alle Affen waren übersättigt und wir konnten sie nicht füttern (die Gruppen davor schon).
Tag 1 war nicht das, wofür wir bezahlt hatten

Very good service. Instructions were very clear and the attention friendly.

Experience of a lifetime! The team Fernando, Lucia and the others were professional patient and knew their stuff! They made the experience seamless. In our group we had some very experienced kayaker and like me, some not very experienced kayakers. They provided everything that we needed, dry suites etc.... They also took photos which they shared with us for no additional charge - nice touch! It was a windy day with high swells, and they got us fairly close to the glacier. They were there to assist with everything! We were 5 people traveling together, the total group kayaking was 11, so it was an uneven number, the kayaks are for two. They put one of our group in a kayak with Lucia (one of the instructors), which was perfect!

It was not an easy Kayak ride, due to the wind and waves, but worth every minute. It was a great experience! It was the Fernando and Lucia that made it so wonderful!

It is a physically challenging. If you are unfit and do not know how to kayak, I might rethink doing this trip. Having said that, the instructors made it work for all of us!

The landscape and the animals were really beautiful, but the last accommodation wasn't nice. The vegetarian option was ridiculous... The others got a whole lasagna and I got a plate with 7 vegetable slices on it. And that for the same price. Also they didn't wipe the table and didn't give us plates for breakfast :D
Nicest extra was 2 bottles of wine in the evenings :) Our guide Geronimo did his best, gave good explanations and was well organized. He would definitely deserve a raise :)

El costo comparado con otras agencias

Super, einmalige, mega Tour. Guide Sandy war perfekt. Alles topp organisiert. Unvergässliche Landschaften. Minuspunkt war das Hostal Quechua in Villa Mar. Haben für Privatzimmer bezahlt aber die 1. Nacht ein 3-Bettzimmer ohne Bad erhalten (gleich wie das Paar das weniger bezahlt hat). Dachte sie hätten nur 1 Privatzimmer. Die 3. Nacht der Tour haben wir wieder dort logiert ond alle 3 Paare unserer Tour hatten ein Privatzimmer. Haben also sinnlos mehr bezahlt. Das Personal und das Essen im Hostel Quechua waren ebenfalls nicht gut.

Pésimo servicio, en el trekking hacia 3 lagunas de chaltén, en la página indica que incluye un guía certificado, y al momento que la empresa que nos va a llevar nos contacta, nos dice que es sin guía y si queremos hay que pagar el servicio. igualmente indica que incluye el
Almuerzo y no es cierto.

We booked a number of trips in South America in June 2024 and all them delivered as promised.

Well, they handled our tour poorly. Although we all paid extra money for the English-speaking driver, due to the size of our group, some people were in the car with the English-speaking driver and some with Spanish-speaking driver. The part of the group driving with English driver/guide were constantly talking and getting information during the long driving. The 2 people that had to go with Spanish speaking guid/driver in another car only heard Spanish (until the stops when they joined the rest from our group)

My experience was great with the Howlanders tour. Starting by the facility of scheduling the tour online, with quick confirmations via Email. The price on the internet was very similar to the ones I found in San Pedro. But the best part was the bolivian guides, who were amazing people, and made our trip much easier. Sometimes the accommodations were very simple, but it was expected and did not spoil the tour.

We traveled with Eduardo of Skyline Traveler agency, it was really amazing thanks to him ! He was very kind and friendly with us ! He gave us many informations about different places we visited. He drove very safely and smoothly, let us all the time we needed to enjoy places, and he prepared very good and various meals every day for us ! The tour was very well organised, we definitly recommend it ! We saw incredible landscapes and had a wonderfull time !

This was the most physically challenging trip of my life (out of 150 countries) and I knew it was winter and research showed temperatures would be around 0’C at night and 10’C during the day. It was in fact around -20’C with the wind and I was not dressed for this. I was freezing all day, all night (no heat or hot water in any accommodation), and the meals served were plain pasta with mayonnaise and the odd steamed vegetables. It was not enough to sustain me and I lost about 10lbs in 4 days. On the last day we were taken to a market which sold local goods like knit mittens, ponchos, hats, etc - which would have been useful on the first day. The officials at the Bolivian border show up when they want - we were waiting in the cold in line for usually 30-60minutes both ways in and out of the country. There are minimal bathrooms available on long drives. It was nice to see the sights, but my much younger group was more focused on getting instagrammable selfies which took extra time that I would have liked exploring further. The guide was great.
