Had my insurance renewal quote through. Called to discuss, totally amazing service from Thomas in Cheltenham. He ran through my policy with me, updated sections where required and got me a superb quote that I was happy to renew. Friendly, efficient service exactly how it should be done! Highly recommended for a no fuss or hard sell.

Have just renewed my car insurance via phone with Helen (Newbury branch) who was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. She explained everything thoroughly, a credit to Howdens

The products are great. The local depot in Hailsham is great, but the accounts department is dreadful. They expect you to pay by card and not a direct debit, yet they do not answer the phones - at any time of the day. I waited over 15 minutes and so sent an email with my bank details, and my email address, which they claimed not to have. No call back, no response. Today I had a Court claim form and waited on the phone until I eventually spoke to someone, who said they never telephone because they do not have the resources! They just take out a County Court Claim. Not the sort of Company anyone can afford to deal with, however good their products are.

Howden it’s most lying company I ever work with . They are a big scam , for every company they register in the ounbushement , but not them . So you can trass them for your right . All of he flooring I received so wet . And they don’t want to take any responsibility at all .

While Rhys, from the Brentwood branch, was very nice and professional the quality of the kitchen and, even more, the appliances, isn't up to standard.

My big recommendation is to stay away from LAMONA, it's a rubbish brand and you will need to replace all the appliances just after a few months.

Would like to say a big thank you to Christina for her professional input in the design of our new kitchen. She was polite and listened intently to our wishes and even suggested a few things we had not considered. A credit to your company.

Every other day I use Howdens in Tavistock, Devon. Howdens products are fantastic but the customer service is what keeps me going back, even for smaller things like caulk and screws. Callum in particular is unbelievably helpful. Outstanding customer service. He always goes the extra mile to help my company achieve what we need. His response time is better than 999. A gentleman with huge potential to drive howdens further on, when his opportunity arrives.

I've been incredibly impressed with the team at Howdens in Wetherby. Before ordering, my fitter told me exactly why to use Howdens rather than other well known kitchen suppliers. Everything he said was true, when we needed extra items, they were either in stock or delivered next day, which apparently is far different to other companies who can take days and often weeks to respond, I know this from talking to friends who bought elsewhere! The team are very professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I'd recommend Howdens to anyone.

I needed a copy of an invoice for a kitchen we purchased 10 years ago from Howdens in Honioton. I spoke to Cameron and with a bit of digging he found it and emailed me a copy. Cameron could have fobbed me off but he didn't - and the kitchen still looks good even after all this time. Tx so much

Whilst on holiday in Devon we had a to make a couple of visits to Howdens in Kingsbridge.
From the outset we explained to the assistant we wouldn’t be able to buy from him as we lived so far away, but that didn’t stop him giving us great advice on internals doors and fittings. He made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble despite it being a very busy time of day. Thank you very much!

I was dealing with this particular store on the Wirral for number of years and the last experience is just terrible. So many mistakes which had a financial effect on the job. I have to deal with a head office now and I definitely not going back to that branch. So disappointing !

Fabulous service from Raj at Colindale in visiting more than once to get the plan right and as we wanted it. Very happy with the quality and the installation by our fabulous builders. Delivery was quick and met our schedule, with easy return of surplus bits. Lost a star as we felt a little on the expensive side, but guess you get what you pay for!

Fantastic experience start to finish. Steph at Bromley put us at ease with all the arrangements. Highly recommend.

We had a problem with our dishwasher and we are not the original purchasers as we’ve only been in our property a few months. Howdens Altrincham found all of the details to confirm that we are still in warranty and have arranged all engineer visits and replacements promptly.

Designer Katie made pulling together a beautiful kitchen look and feel easy, despite the many curveballs and building uncertainties thrown her way. I came in with a bit of inspiration, but no clarity how to pull a concept together, and Katie's plan was so suited to me, it drew me to go ahead on it. Her listening carried on throughout, adapting layouts, and making all details and needs all come together smoothly. Katie kept ahead of all the action, and let me complicate the process to get it just right. Quality of service, materials, warm professionalism, and care to all of the details kept me afloat. I felt so well taken care of and free to piece together my dream plans, call as often as I needed, with kind guidance and flexibility and check ins.

I absolutely love my new kitchen, and finally want to spend time there. Everything has its spot, functional ease, charming details, breathing space, and zones that draw you in. It's beautiful and suited to my warm and eclectic style. My visitors comment how welcoming it is to be in and the transformation from her design. She offered time and honest insight to approach it in a way that made into the glowing heart of my open space. I never felt pressured to spend more than I needed - even encouraged to find happy balances. She knew to keep steps ahead of the team, even when that was all up in the air. Very proud of my adorable, chic kitchen, and small details. The patience letting me ponder and her open suggestions felt like it was always with me in mind. I'd do it all again with Katie. Highly recommend!
