A Stress-Free Journey to UK Student Housing Thanks to Housing Hand and Remi Paul.
As an international exchange student, finding and securing student accommodation in the UK felt overwhelming at first. However, Housing Hand made the entire process not only possible but stress-free. Their help was excellent with clear explanations, step-by-step guidance, and genuine care for my situation. What truly stood out was the support of Remi Paul, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place. His outstanding involvement gave me confidence and reassurance, turning what could have been a difficult challenge into a smooth and positive experience.

I'm really impressed by the whole team's professionalism.l once got so furious when my letting agent and housing hand had to take necessary legal steps in securing my contracts yet I just wanted it done however.
The team would be calm as well as calming me down as I raged and I learnt a lot through that.
Thank you Maxine and your wonderful team for a great service

Remi Paul
I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided. My family member was repeatedly contacted in a manner that felt pressurising and inconsiderate regarding a passport expiry issue. Rather than offering a clear solution or alternative, the communication came across as unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional. I had initially left a positive review when asked, but this follow-up experience has completely changed my opinion. I cannot recommend a service that lacks empathy and fails to handle sensitive matters with care. Her name is Remi Paul. Don’t beg for reviews with a bad service
