When I placed an experience of dealing with Housiey on Trustpilot in late August, the entity wasn’t even recognized here. I nevertheless wished NRI / Overseas interested buyers of property in India to not fall in their trap.
The agency plays for its small gains, we know it. Wasn’t expected to respond yet it unleashed its clever strategy to beat an unfavourable feedback.
From a nonexistent entity to suddenly 6 of its customers praising its staff within one month of being mentioned on an internet platform it wasn’t even present!!
Some can’t see the web beyond a game of simple sum.

It was a very smooth experience right from the 1st day till the flat was bought. Not only were the sales person courteous, even the backend team like CRM were very helpful. Would like to specifically call out the support from Anubhav and Devi.

Housey helped me in getting a great deal at a great property. It was a smooth booking process with Bindu Mam from sales team. Devi mam from CRM team helped in getting all the details, it made me confident in buying the property.

It was a seamless experience, Their staff is very professional. They will show you all possible options available in your desired areas. They also offer some cash back if you close the deal through them.

I had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with Housiey, specifically with Tripti from their Ahmedabad team. They are proactive and responsive only until the property is sold and the booking amount is collected. Once the payment is made, they simply stop answering calls.

In the early stages, written commitments were made that were later walked back. It has been over a month of repeatedly trying to contact her with zero response. When my wife finally managed to get through to her on a call, she promised, "Sure, I will get back to you," but another month has passed and she completely disappeared without following up.

This was my first experience with Housiey, and while I hope the entire organization does not operate this way, dealing with this representative has been completely unprofessional. Please be cautious before handing over your money.
