Great slipper gift ruined

You delivered a gift (on the run up to Christmas) my daughter bought for her mother - with ‘House Of Slippers’ plastered all over the packaging.
Seriously?
Thanks for ruining the surprise of my daughter’s first self-bought Christmas gift for her mother.

Warm and comfortable Moccasin. Fits well and are excellent quality. Cosy to wear and look stylish. Colour is good. Received product promptly after ordering. Very pleased with purchase.

I ordered a pair of these gorgeous…

I ordered a pair of these gorgeous slippers for my husband for Christmas! They arrived so quickly! Customer service is amazing!
I opened them the box they are in such a classy box And the slippers are lush!
I asked him to close his eyes and try them on 🤣he said OMG these feel incredible! Can’t wait to give them!!!

Once the order was confirmed the…

Once the order was confirmed the slippers were delivered on time and what I considered as excellent quality. I did have difficulties with the AI robot which after a fairly lengthy questioning session advised that my particular choice was out of stock and no date was available for reordering. The robot apologised for not being able to meet my requirement and asked that I give a comment on how I found the service he provided . My response after what had been a lengthy process was
.. THAT WAS A WAIST OF TIME .
The robot replied along the lines that he realised that I was frustrated and that he would pass me onto one of the Slipper Shop staff for a possible solution. The outcome was that slippers were in stock and that I could order them online.
Happy for the positive outcome and many thanks for the personal link with the member of staff. I will continue to use your company for purchase of slippers
