While I received my order in good time, I think that an email from house of lor confirming that an order had been received and was on the way would have eased any worries that I had re scams or fraud.

I have got a wonderfull necklace with the Irish cross. That is fine. Only one mistake with the adress outside on the name was misspelled and the house number was missing a number. The parcel carrier from FedEx couldn‘ t find it in the morning, he finally called me, to clear everything up. Unfortunately i had to wait at home until the afternoon he could come back to my street again. Waiting was very annoying.
The billing adress i n the package was written correctly and the piece of jewelery is very nice! I like the house of lor! Hope, ist will work perfectly by the next order!
