Professional and pleasant treatment
I was seen early for my appointment, and Jay, the audiologist, was cheerful, friendly and professional. He explained in detail what was involved both before and during the ear wax removal and was careful and considerate. I was very happy with the procedure and the cost seems to be less than some other companies.

Had my 2 ears hoovered out "doubt…
Had my 2 ears hoovered out "doubt that's the techniquel term" very welcoming and professional. In and out in 15 mins and the results wr so noticeable as I thought even my balance was better walking out of clinic in Hamilton. Out walking and you wld think I have a trailing orchestra with my headphones on, fully recommend 👍

Ear Wax Removal…
A few years ago I had both ears blocked and House of Hearing in Edinburgh solved the problem. Since then I attend for an annual check up/ ear wax removal. On my recent visit I was seen by Nicole who provided the same excellent service I have always received.

Very professional
Very helpful, friendly and kind team. Everyone is very professional and makes me feel very welcome. Consulting rooms are clean and tidy and hearing test booths are well equipped.
I always leave feeling I can hear a bit better.

Thoroughly professional!
The service and treatment I received at House of Hearing was excellent. Nothing was rushed and genuine care was taken to do the job. I had visited other places for the same treatment previously. What stood out for me was that in comparison to those other places it was at House of Hearing in Hamilton that I received a thoroughly professional service. I’ll be going back in future.

I recently bought hearing aids from House of Hearing at the East Kilbride branch and Lynsey, who is the audiologist that dealt with me, is second to none. She has a lovely manner and nothing is too much trouble for her. She is so helpful with everything and I highly recommend her and also the parking is very good.

First time I have been to House of…
First time I have been to House of Hearing Edinburgh and was happy with the location, premises and service. My blocked ears were attended to as I would have expected. Lady technician told me about the micro suction process and showed me the wax removed from my ears which I wanted to see. As I turn 75 in May 2027 I look forward to my free hearing test and wax removal then.

Sound advice.
From my very first appointment with Gavin, I felt immediately a bond of trust. Gavin has never tried to “sell” me any product or service. His advice is always tailored to my requirements but he will be forthright with me if he thinks it is in my best interest. Honourable mention must go to Pauline as well. Her cheery disposition and helpfulness make every visit an enjoyable experience. Trust me - they give very sound advice 👍

Excellent service from the whole team
Excellent service from the whole team. My dad was visiting from Ireland and he had been complaining about a poor fitting hearing aid end. The company in Republic of Ireland was simply not helping. We did some research, recommended here when AI analysis of companies was run.
Suffice to say issue resolved, great price, great service from all the staff. Communication was excellent and they went above and beyond. Whilst dad lives in another country as long as he is able to fly he said he would rather come back to House of Hearing when replacements are due.
Well done all.
